Something that will never sit right with me is the cruelty some people are capable of.

The way someone can take another person’s kindness, vulnerability, or trust and turn it into something that leaves them questioning whether they’ll ever feel safe opening their heart again.

It’s disturbing. It’s heartbreaking. And it’s a reminder that not everyone understands the weight of their actions.

Some people spend years rebuilding parts of themselves that somebody else destroyed in a moment.

I’ve spent so much of my life trying to become stronger. But the older I get, the more I realize that strength means absolutely nothing without compassion, empathy, and integrity.

There is nothing powerful about making another human being feel powerless.

Be gentle with people. Respect their boundaries. Protect their dignity.

And above all, never become the reason somebody has to learn how to feel safe again.

The world doesn’t need more people who know how to hurt. It needs more people who know how to care. ♥️

Strength means nothing without compassion. And there is nothing powerful about making another human being feel powerless.

Rest day FOMO is bad.

Also when sick… because apparently “recovery” and “listening to your body” are part of the program too. 🙄😂

Character development, I guess.
