Burpees and dead lifts are a brutal combo for me. Survived it and now we get to have some fun!

15 pounds down since January. 💪🏼

Spent the last several months dialing in my nutrition while nursing a soft-tissue injury, and now I’m finally back to squatting and deadlifting again.

Macros are coming back up as the training intensity goes up and honestly, it feels GOOD. More food, harder training, lifting pain free, and watching the body fat come down in the process.

Progress doesn’t always look like PRs. Sometimes it looks like being patient, staying consistent, and earning your way back.

Feeling strong. Feeling leaner. Feeling like myself again. 🔥
