One of the reasons why I love this community so much is the amount of good we do together. It gives me chills to think about being in a room surrounded by powerful women wearing all pink in support of breast cancer awareness. It’s a cause that means more to me than some of you will ever know, and I was honored to be able to make a dent in the evolution of breast cancer research for @memorialsloankettering 🩷

To our sponsors, @shopstakt, @bareminerals , @lumedeodorant, @beekeepers_naturals , @bloomsupps , thank you so much for your support. You helped make this day so special and magical ✨💫

To @gabriellerossmusic and @herehotyoga , thank you for giving me a place to call home and to help me drive all of my initiatives. I am eternally grateful. ❤️

To all of you, I am at a loss for words, so I’ll leave with thank you. For your community. For your support. To all of those fighting, keep fighting. We’re with you. 🩷🎀💫

If you know me, 9 times out of 10 before class I’m running through my programming making sure my transitions are flowing, sequencing feels good, etc. also this is just how my brain works and I have to feel it and then I teach it better. Anyone else? 😮‍💨 I had myself shaking there at the end 😂

Wellness chose me. 🤍

Sis, we don’t have to make it hard to be a female entrepreneur.

We’re all at different stages, let’s just continue to support each other.

I have to keep reminding myself to not compare my 6 years to someone’s 10, and to just put in the work.

I love hearing the real story of entrepreneurship that built on quiet struggles.

It shows im not alone. 🫶🏽

Enjoying every bit of the journey that im on!

I had such an amazing time @herehotyoga. Love these ladies. Looking forward to the next. Thank you again!
