What took place this weekend is truly indescribable!

Ever since I was a little girl I’ve always had a heart for ministry. From the age of 7 my Grandma would take me to senior citizens nursing homes to pray over the sick! I did it for most of my childhood. It was then I developed a heart to believe for people who didn’t have hope to believe for themselves. It was then I realized how much prayer changes things.

I’ve been to Bible college, ran a non profit for teenage girls, worked in ministry, did inner city outreach and the list goes on! But, this weekend hit different! It made my past pain make sense!

God truly has a way of turning our pain into purpose! He has a way of making the most difficult seasons of our life make sense.

I’m so thankful for this new sisterhood of women in Columbus. I love you @thebsimone ! I believe in you and the vision in your heart. I pray he continues to mold this ministry into what he desires it to be.

I wanted to take a moment to share something that’s been on my mind lately - the importance of learning to love yourself just way you the are! For the longest time, I used to hear comments about not wearing makeup and it made me question did I need makeup to say I’m beautiful. But guess what? I’ve come to realize that I don’t need to conform to anyone else’s standards of beauty.

Makeup is a fun way to express ourselves and enhance our features, but it should never define our self-worth. I wear it on special occasions and love experimenting with different looks, but I’m also proud of my bare face.

I’ve learned to prioritize my skin’s health and focus on a skincare routine that makes me feel confident and radiant. Remember, true beauty comes from within, and it’s about embracing our unique qualities, imperfections and all. 💫

So let’s celebrate our natural beauty together, my friends! Let’s break free from societal pressures and embrace our authentic selves. Remember, you are beautiful just the way you are, with or without makeup.
