Vantage Point: Final days in Paddington! Vantage Point closes this Sunday, 25 October 2026. Seven artists exhibit in one room in Paddington with three days to go. Friday | 10.30am - 5.30pm Saturday - Sunday | 11am - 4.30pm There is no view from nowhere. To see is already to stand somewhere: culturally, emotionally, materially, optically. Vantage Point brings together Helen Redmond, Greg Wood, Caroline Collom, Meg Walters, Hermentaire, Frances van Hasselt and Madisyn Zabel across painting, hand-woven mohair and sculptural glass. The works share a room. They do not share a position. Each holds its own ground, and asks you to find yours. BELLE MAGAZINE | Palmetto Honoured to have Kelli Lundberg Art Advisory featured in the November issue of Belle Magazine! Working closely with Kate Walker and the KWD team, we built a collection for a family home with the feeling of an international resort, right here on the Mornington Peninsula. Belle captured our approach: “For the art curation, Kate worked with art advisor Kelli Lundberg who, in close consultation with the client, collected and commissioned works shaped as much by the family’s values as by Kate’s design ethos. The two worked in concert, drawing the makers and artisans in around the conviction that a house is better for the artwork it holds, which should never be merely decorative but, rather, intelligent and hold meaning for the people who live with it.” Thank you to Kate and the KWD team, to our clients for their courage and curiosity, and to everyone at Belle for telling the story so beautifully. This project was a joy from start to finish. Every piece was chosen with integrity, and you can feel that connection in each work throughout the house. Stay tuned for more from this fabulous collection! November Issue, on sale now. Truly a visual feast and thoughtful read @bellemagazineau

“It is an approach that speaks to something increasingly important in contemporary art: the value of investing in artists not simply by exhibiting their work, but by creating the conditions for audiences to encounter it with greater attention, curiosity and openness.” - Devon Campbell, Vault Magazine Thank you to Devon and @vaultartmagazine for this thoughtful piece on Vantage Point and Otomys’ In Residence Programme. Vantage Point continues until Sunday 25 October at 152–154 Jersey Road, Paddington Sydney 2021. Alexandra Brownlow has never been afraid of colour. For her, it gives a room personality, warmth and, perhaps most importantly, memory. In the sitting room, chartreuse provides a surprisingly versatile backdrop to pieces from her extensive collection of contemporary Australian art, alongside antique furniture, blue-and-white porcelain, leopard print, flowers and the beautiful patina of old things. Nothing particularly matches, yet everything belongs. It captures the atmosphere Alexandra continually seeks in her work: rooms that feel collected rather than decorated, where colour brings seemingly disparate things together and creates a home that feels entirely its own. VANTAGE POINT, SYDNEY ARTIST SPOTLIGHT: Hermentaire Hermentaire’s series ‘Elsewhere Within’ took shape over long stays in the Cyclades, much of it in spring, when the light drew him to a brighter, more vivid palette than before. He treats landscapes less as fixed places than as presences, almost characters; his figures, in turn, are spaces crossed by passing emotion. Windows, eyes, trees, mountains and plant forms recur, setting up a dialogue between interior and exterior. The title names the way a distant place becomes an inner one: remembered, transformed and carried within. “Something distant can become intimate,” he writes, “while a character can begin to feel like a place.” 152 - 154 Jersey Road, Paddington Sydney 2021 Thursday 15 - Sunday 25 October 2026 Enquire via info@otomys.com #Otomys #VantagePoint #Hermentaire #SydneyArt

LIMITED RELEASE – Exhibited at Otomys from 16 September - 02 October Enquire via info@otomys.com Damien de Medeiros (Hermentaire) is a French artist living and working between Paris, France and Paros, Greece whose practice integrates painting, drawing, music composition, filmmaking and photography. ‘These works grew out of time spent in the Cyclades, though I was never really interested in painting specific landscapes. What drew me in was what remains afterwards - fragments of memory, atmosphere, emotion and imagination, lingering long after the place itself has been left behind. Over time, the figures and landscapes in these paintings began to feel connected, almost as if they could become one another. The most noticeable shift in this body of work has been colour. Working under the light of a Greek spring, my palette turned brighter and more vivid, arriving quite naturally from the atmosphere around me. Alongside this, I noticed figure and landscape merging further into each other - I’ve become less interested in separating what is inside from what is outside, and more drawn to the way they move into one another.’ Photographed by Anu Kumar #Otomys #OtomysArt #Hermentaire
