This week, our Innovate UK team have had the pleasure of visiting the incredible MIK in Madrid, joining forces with our Innovate España chefs to brainstorm, share recipes and create some unbelievable gastronomic experiences!

We were also joined by the talented Chef Kyle from the MIK in Dallas, and had the opportunity to discover some amazing Texas style dishes!

Keep your eyes peeled over the coming weeks to see exactly what the team got up to during their visit 👀
