I started working on new conditioning yesterday because I want to get other skills this year.

What I want to be able to do is #planchepushups and a #deadlift and I need to start doing #handstandpushups and normal #pushups differently just like @littletfitness @garrettmovement @herosanshow @chels_mck @simonsterstrength @_hunterkay_ demonstrate in their videos

I’m so glad I started my practice with a Mat 😬🤣

I don’t really do much on my elbows, but it’s fun 😁 Does anyone else practice balances on their elbows?

More shapes with amazing hand balancer @herosanshow 🔥❤️🔥💪

He was the one who worked and moved his body more. I was just sitting or laying except the arch with planche. All credits to his beautiful hand balance for making those poses💪🙏❤️

Most of them were just a piece of cake for him. It was so much fun to see him balance literally anywhere.
I love all the process to get into the poses including some fails.

Thanks for your patience and support 🙏❤️🙏
Looking forward to having next session again 🤗❤️🤗🙏❤️

出し惜しみしていたHeroさんとのコラボ写真と動画💛✨
