POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

When I took my first [solidcore] class in November 2024, I was freshly post-grad, most of my friends had moved away, and I honestly felt pretty lost. I was trying to figure out what I wanted my life to look like and, at the same time, rebuilding myself physically and mentally.

Then I found [solidcore]on TikTok. I did the two-week unlimited, immediately became obsessed, bought 8 classes a month, finished them in basically a week, and realized… yeah, we’re going to need the unlimited.

Less than a month later, I spent my 23rd birthday at the Scottsdale Quarter grand opening. And looking back at my birthday dinner that night, everything was blue…the balloons, the dress code, everything. Apparently [solidcore] had already become my entire personality in only 3 weeks. And clearly, nothing has changed.

But what I found here was so much bigger than a workout. I found a community at a time when I didn’t even realize how badly I needed one.

I remember watching the coaches together and wanting so badly to be part of what they had. I was actually scared to become a coach because I thought making [solidcore] my job might make me love it less. Somehow, it did the complete opposite.

Now I get to put on a microphone and potentially be the reason someone else falls in love with this place. 🥹 I get to create for other people a little bit of what [solidcore] created for me, and that is one of the most special things I’ve ever gotten to do.

Thank you to my community for supporting me, taking class with me, letting me coach you, and somehow agreeing to come to a house party celebrating the fact that I’ve taken 500 workout classes.

I love you guys. Thank you for being here and I’ll see you all in about a year and a half for 1,000. 💙🤪
