why is art therapeutic? πŸ’œ because you are expressing the inside world outside of yourself. πŸ¦‹ when we create, we are having a deeper conversation with ourselves, and offer our emotions & feelings the opportunity to be released, felt, seen & heard so create as much as you can - it’s our natural way of finding clarity & compassion in our world β™₯️ πŸ”— link in bio for this beautiful episode with Rachel Chase! #spirituallyactive

creativity means something different for everyone…and guess what? YOU ARE AN ARTIST! 🎨🎭✍🏼🎢 being an artist = being human 🩡 you can express yourself in a million different ways - cooking, dance, your words, what you wear, paint on a canvas, etc. etc. but regardless of how you let the inner world express itself outward, creativity is intrinsically human 🌈 πŸ”— check out this week’s episode with Rachel Chase wherever you get your podcasts! #spirituallyactive

the journey of healing is this little thing we call LIFE! πŸ€ͺ🩡🌸 it’s not linear, it’s never totally clear - it’s cyclical! πŸ’ž like a snake - we let go & shed, we re-discover & expand, and we are allowed to leave the things behind that don’t feel a part of us anymore. 🐍 let yourself unfold - allow it to be ongoing, always πŸ”— link in bio to listen to this episode with the beautiful Rachel Chase! #spirituallyactive

What would you do if someone challenged you to take action on a dream/goal you’ve had on your heart right now?!?! What action would you take? What would that dream/goal be? What if you had to just take 1 step towards it RIGHT NOW? What would it be? I went to a conference that my friend and mentor @bradbizjack hosted in May, in one of those sessions he challenged us to take a major action on a dream or goal we had. Let me give you a little context… 4 years ago I changed my goal on my vision statement to add β€œSpeaker” to the list of services I wanted to provide in my businesses! That year I had 2 podcast interviews, a speaking gig in front of a group of parents that had kids struggling with mental health and a room filled with 500 people (mostly teenagers) as the perspective of a parent that had a child struggling with mental health! I BECAME A SPEAKER! When I did the first podcast interview with my friend @coacherickp was like OMG I AM GOING TO DO A PODCAST! This was in 2019… Last year I did a solo retreat with my friend @rachelshealingarts and in that retreat my soul told me the name of my podcast would be Against All Odds. I had a story to tell of beating the odds and I knew that others did too! When I woke up to this email from the account I opened with Buzzsprout at the conference in May as my big action towards my goal, I was filled with gratitude and excitement and proof that when you take actions towards your goals no matter a little or big they are you continue to move forward and grow! Thank you to all of you that have listened to Against All Odds Podcast, the Less Than 1% Chance! Next BIG goal is to hit a 1,000 downloads a month πŸ˜†πŸ₯³ https://againstalloddspodcast.buzzsprout.com/share

Never talk to yourself poorly or bully yourself whether it is out loud or just inside your head. Because when we tell ourselves that we are broken, our brain will believe it. Your mind will believe it. It creates our identity and your identity creates your external reality. Your brain doesn’t know what’s the difference between what’s real and what’s not so it doesn’t know you don’t mean what you say. So I want you to say something nice to yourself today! Listen more to this in episode 17 of What The Heal Podcast! Link in bio. Comment down below what you’re gonna say to yourself today!! #selflove #selfcare #healing #whattheheal #alltheheal #podcast #podcasting #podcastersofinstagram #podcasthost
