🍫✨ Imagine checking into a hotel where chocolate is part of the welcome… and the fun never stops! Welcome to Hershey Lodge in Pennsylvania! 🍫🏨 @hersheylodge From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with delicious chocolate, cozy vibes, and the perfect fireplace to enjoy a warm hot chocolate. ☕🤎 And wait until you see our room! But the best part? The hotel provides a shuttle straight to Hersheypark, where you can unleash your inner child, enjoy the rides, and make unforgettable memories! 🎢🎡 My husband and I had SO much fun! And when you think the day couldn’t get any sweeter, we returned to the lodge for a chocolate martini by the fireplace. 🍸🍫 Plus, the kids will love Hershey Water Works, the indoor water fun area where the splashing doesn’t have to stop just because the weather changes! 💦 Honestly, this is the kind of getaway that makes you feel like a kid again, whether you’re traveling as a couple or bringing the whole family! 📍 Hershey Lodge — Hershey, Pennsylvania Would you choose the chocolate martini, the hot chocolate, or Hersheypark first? 👀🍫 Tell me in the comments! The 2026 RM Sotheby’s Hershey Auction marked 20 years of bringing exceptional collector automobiles to Pennsylvania, coinciding with the Antique Automobile Club of America’s legendary Eastern Fall Meet. We were honored to attend as media, experiencing a remarkable gathering spanning automotive history, from Brass Era engineering to American design at its most extravagant. Among our highlights was the 1956 Cadillac Eldorado Brougham Town Car, chassis S02491, a surviving GM Motorama dream car designed under Harley Earl and featuring dramatic coachwork, a chauffeur’s compartment and elaborate luxury details. The 1934 Duesenberg Model J Convertible Berline by Murphy stood out for its rare, streamlined body, raked windshield and fascinating history, having remained with its current owner for two decades. Another standout was the 1935 Auburn 851 Supercharged Speedster, reportedly the very first 851 Speedster produced. Gordon Buehrig’s Art Deco design, supercharged straight-eight and distinctive boattail make it one of the great American classics. The 1958 Buick Limited Convertible captured the excess of postwar American design. Only 839 were built, featuring a 364-cubic-inch Nailhead V8 and lavish chrome detailing. Rounding out our selections was the 1915 Mercedes 28/60 HP Town Car and Tourer display chassis, a magnificent Brass Era machine associated with Universal Pictures co-founder Carl Laemmle and the film Waterloo Bridge. These were just a few of the remarkable automobiles we encountered. With RM Sotheby’s celebrating two decades in Hershey and the AACA Fall Meet bringing enthusiasts together from across the country, the event remains an extraordinary place to discover vehicles with stories extending far beyond their appearance. There was so much more to see, from significant coachbuilt automobiles to early engineering landmarks and unexpected discoveries throughout the gathering. We’re grateful to RM Sotheby’s for welcoming us as media and giving us another opportunity to document automotive history at Hershey!
