The alumni parade was a success!! Thank you to everyone who showed up for this event! 🦁

Congratulations to our senior Trinia, she will be graduating Oakwood this semester! She led the remaining of the parade and did an amazing job.

Thank you to our very first alumni Pridette dancers, Miya (Pridette since 2022) & Alise (Pridette since 2023) for coming back out to Oakwood to march with us.

This has probably been the most mentally draining and confusing year of my life. I cut my hair back in January then a few months later I graduated from high school then college. I can’t say there wasn’t good moments this year there were plenty of those not just bad moments. Regardless I’m thankful for all the interactions I’ve had this year good or bad. I’m thankful for God always being there in my life especially during the transition from high school to college. I’m thankful for making it another year there were plenty of times when I thought I wasn’t going to make it I appreciate all my friends and family in my life I love you all and I’ll see you guys in 2023 :)
