Some friends feel like home.

:

Not because they fix you, but because they never ask you to be anything other than yourself.

:

You can be quiet around them. You can be tired, messy, honest.

:

The ones that make you think deeper, take care of yourself more, and show up kinder.

:

That’s not ordinary.
That’s something to hold close.

🌱 C L I E N T G R O W T H 🌱

“divorced after 20 years, with NO vision for my future and steps away from either spring boarding to my best or worse future self …

I decided to enlist someone to accompany me on my journey. Nikki was my advocate, companion, sound board, and continual counsel I needed to balance myself when I needed a non biased perspective the most.

Nikki both challenged me and guided me as I made large decisions that needed to be faced.

The courage I lacked was nurtured and fed in order to renew and restore my own soul.

To believe in myself again and intentionally choose to build the life I truly want.

I learned to love and accept myself despite my imperfections because there is no perfect.

Just being part of a large perfect order I am no longer trying to control”.

🌱🌱🌱

This work is so deep and so powerful. I am on a big mission to help women get their life back through the foundation of nourishment, mindfulness, and life design.

And, I am all in, are you?

Alignment is everything especially when choosing the right practitioners to become apart of your individual wellness team

element of she, is rooted in these core values:

F R E E S P I R I T
We are nonconformists; we revel in our individual attitudes, lifestyles, and imaginations. We take time for each other; we know that each woman is rare and unique, and deserves to be seen and heard.
We create an uplifting environment that allows each other to nourish and reveal our inner radiance.

S E L F G R O W T H
We are eager to learn; We have a deep desire to achieve balance in all aspects of our life because we recognize everything is connected. We have the ability to take ownership of our health and the way we want to feel each day. We understand that lasting changes are anchored in gradual increase and fueled by conscious choices. We are committed to the journey.

F O L L O W Y O U R H E A R T
We have the courage to lead from intuition; We trust our soul intelligence will always shift us in the right direction. We are guided by the teacher within and motivated by personal truth. We make decisions from our own wisdom, not from external circumstances.

B E L I E V E I N YOUR D R E A M S
We understand there is a high level of personal responsibility required to create a life we love; We are aware that every thought and action we make has the power to design the person we are and who we want to be. We realize the world is waiting for us to be nothing more than our self, and that is our medicine.
