Honoured to attend the opening night of the American Film Showcase in Bahrain, celebrating 250 years of America, with the iconic American classic Grease as the opening film. As a Bahraini film producer, seeing American cinema celebrated here in Bahrain genuinely means a great deal to me. American cinema has inspired generations of filmmakers around the world, and its influence on storytelling and filmmaking is undeniable. My sincere thanks to the U.S. Embassy in Manama for bringing this wonderful initiative to Bahrain and for continuing to create opportunities for cultural and creative exchange. Bahrain and the United States share deep historical ties and a friendship that has grown across generations. Tonight was another reminder that this relationship goes beyond diplomacy and business it extends to culture, creativity, and cinema. May that friendship continue to grow, and may we tell many more stories together. God bless The Kingdom of Bahrain. God bless America. 🇧🇭🤝🇺🇸 @usembassymanama @heshamazadi @paromath @teramotion

In the midst of my suppressed lamentation, I was vehemently brooding on how suddenly life can end, and how it affects the bereaved more than the dead... sometimes. My stellar friend, your merrymaking was infectious, and your laugh was glorious. You gave me more than I could ever reciprocate, and for that, I am sorry.
