It was a pleasure to collaborate with Chef Hessa Aljassmi at Cherry House for Emirati Women’s Month. 🇦🇪

The collection brought French technique into conversation with Emirati flavours, highlighting local ingredients including Sanabel flour, Liwa dates, Hatta honey and Emirati ghee.

A celebration of craftsmanship, culture and collaboration.

كان من دواعي سروري التعاون مع الشيف حصة الجسمي في Cherry House بمناسبة شهر المرأة الإماراتية. 🇦🇪

جمعت المجموعة بين التقنيات الفرنسية والنكهات الإماراتية، مع إبراز مكونات محلية مميزة مثل دقيق سنابل، تمور ليوا، عسل حتا والسمن الإماراتي.

Cherryhouse Teams Up With Chef Hessa Aljassmi

UAE-based Cherryhouse has partnered with Emirati chef Hessa Aljassmi for its first culinary collaboration, creating a limited-edition menu inspired by Emirati flavours and ingredients.

The four-piece collection features creations including the Date Cardamom Basket and Khalas Date Loaf, and is available for dine-in until September 28.

Okayyy @cherryhouse is seriously worth the hype!

They currently have a limited-time pastry collaboration with Emirati Chef @hessakj , and I tried her Roasted Cheese pastry omg absolutely delicious!! The flavours and quality genuinely gave me that fine-dining, Michelin-style feel, but without the crazy price tag...And btw her side dip? WOW. That with the bread was such a good combination. I’m seriously impressed!

The sourdoughs are only AED 40 and honestly very good value for the size.

For drinks, we tried the Hibiscus, it was refreshing, delicious and a really generous glass and the Orange Espresso was also very nice...

Definitely one to try, esp while @hessakj pastries are still available for a limited time...The quality, flavours and value surprised me in the best way!

أوكييي @cherryhouse بصراحة يستاهل كل الـ hype! 😍

حالياً عندهم تعاون لفترة محدودة مع الشيف الإماراتية @hessakj على مجموعة من المعجنات، وجربت الـ Roasted Cheese مالها… يا جماعة وااايد لذيذ!! النكهات والجودة صراحة حسستني كأني آكل في مطعم fine dining بمستوى ميشلان، بس من غير الأسعار الخيالية!

وبالمناسبة، الـ dip اللي مسوتنه هسة على الجنب؟ واااو! مع الخبز كان كومبو عجيب، صراحة انبهرت!

والـ sourdough عندهم بس بـ 40 درهم، وبالنسبة للحجم أشوف السعر وايد زين ويستاهل.

بالنسبة للمشروبات، جربنا الـ Hibiscus، منعش ولذيذ والكاس حجمه ما شاء الله، وجربنا بعد الـ Orange Espresso وكان وايد حلو ومميز

أكيد مكان يستاهل التجربة، خصوصاً الحين دام معجنات @hessakj موجودة لفترة محدودة… الجودة والنكهات والسعر فاجأوني بطريقة وايد حلوة! 😍
