A little dressed up for dinner and drinks at @hestiarooftop, with a sunset worth putting the phone down for. Love getting out and enjoying this side of Charlotte.

Where’s your go-to date night spot around Ballantyne?

@hestiarooftop Hands down one of my favorite Charlotte rooftops ✨🏙️. Great food, wonderful service, and good music. Plus free parking with lovely skyline views. I experienced one of their DJ nights with @soundsbyanicca and it was an amazing time 🔥.

Hestia Rooftop 🫶

An evening of elevated flavors, beautiful pours, and a table worth lingering over.

The drinks set the tone — Prosecco, Umeshu Plum Sake, Moscato d’Asti, and a beautifully crafted Golden Hour Sour. 🥂🍸

From the kitchen, we sampled a little of everything: Arugula Salad, Grilled Shishito Peppers, Grilled Chicken Yakitori, Mango Grilled Shrimp, Potstickers, Fingerling Potatoes, Tokimeki, and the indulgent Toro Sashimi. 🍣✨

And dessert? A perfect finale — Matcha Tiramisu, Ginger Crème Brûlée, and Lei’s Mango Sticky Rice. 🍵🥭

A beautiful balance of Japanese-inspired flavors, thoughtful cocktails, and indulgent finishes — the kind of dinner that turns into an entire evening. 🥂

New Rooftop Dining Experience: The Hestia Journey

Imagine an effortless, yet personalized way to enjoy dinner. You never looked at a menu and don’t have to worry if what is brought to your table will be liked. This is what you can expect at @hestiarooftop with their new Hestia Journey.

This unique experience launched September 1, and I was invited in to take this Journey through the Hestia menu. I was guided by @teamtwo704 who did not disappoint. Our likes included cooked sushi, green tea/matcha, seafood, and steak. If you don’t know what to sip, they can assist.

No journey is alike and the menu is not set. You can also expect some surprises along the way.

I highly recommend this elevated dining experience. Thank you @hestiarooftop & @teamtwo704 for a top tier experience.

A little champagne, a beautiful backdrop, and birthdays worth celebrating. 🥂✨

Loved bringing this one to life for Celine & Madeleine at Hestia Rooftop. The balloons came together so beautifully! 🤍
