’The Fermentation Project‘ James Hoffmann과 Lucia Solis가 진행한 프로젝트다.

This Sunday at @autonomycoffeelab we will be cupping through and brewing two sets of four coffees that were part of the Fermentation Project which looks at a singular Guatemalan coffee processed with several different fermentation methods. . This was a worldwide live-streamed event that took place this past Saturday. For those of you who missed it, did not know, or did not have a set this is your chance to participate. The event is free to attend and open to all those coffee curious individuals. This will be an incredibly unique learning experience and should not be missed! . The project was created by @lluciasolis and @jimseven. The coffees we will be sharing were roasted by our friends at @brasshorncoffee and @hexcoffee.
