Southeast Asia has one of the most inspiring hardcore communities in the world right now. Over the past few years, I’ve had the chance to cover bands from across the region on No Echo, and it’s been incredible watching these scenes continue to grow stronger, louder, and more connected.⁣ ⁣ Huge respect to all the promoters, labels, photographers, bands, and kids putting their hearts into building something positive and truly DIY. The passion coming out of these shows is undeniable.⁣ ⁣ Special thanks to my new friend Wayne Tan for sharing these incredible photos highlighting bands, crowds, and pure chaos from the Southeast Asian hardcore community.⁣ ⁣ Photo 01: Fuse Photo 02: Whispers⁣ Photo 03: Spin kicks for all⁣ Photo 04: Sial⁣ Photo 05: Pleazure and Pain⁣ | 📸: @santanawilly_ Photo 06: Hex⁣ Photo 07: Moshing hard⁣ Photo 08: xHellrazorx⁣ Photo 09: Peach⁣ Photo 10: Fordecision Photo 11: Dazzle⁣ Photo 12: Dancing the night away⁣ Photo 13: Fuse⁣ Photo 14: Destiny⁣ Photo 15: Sift⁣ Photo 16: Figure Out⁣ Photo 17: Mystique Photo 18: Speech Odd ⁣ Tag more bands in the comments — I’m always looking to discover new sounds from 🇮🇩🇲🇾🇵🇭🇹🇭🇸🇬🇲🇲🇻🇳🇱🇦🇰🇭🇧🇳⁣ ⁣ (Also: I put together a Southeast Asian hardcore playlist on the No Echo Spotify profile if you want to dive deeper.)

That afternoon was full of noise, full of crashes, full of madness — exactly how it should be. 𝗡𝗢 𝗣𝗘𝗔𝗖𝗘. 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬 𝗛𝗘𝗫. 🔪
