Upstairs, we have the sauna 🌀 3 more sleeps!

𝑫𝒖𝒎𝒃𝒉𝒆𝒂𝒅
Siren songs from the future. A sound bigger than T̶e̶x̶a̶s̶ Bristol. Dumbhead approaches their craft with a sensitivity that wouldn’t measure on a microgram scale. On the precipice of an impressive European tour, their take on trip-hop has had the city in a vice grip. Dive into the deep end and make nice with the mermaids, a sweet sexy sunset in the sauna. Hold your breath.

𝑬𝒍𝒔𝒊𝒆

Your favourite DJ’s favouri–fuck that, Elsie’s just your favourite DJ. Effortlessly blending Balearic, dubby dance textures with leftfield house, post-punk, chuggy downtempo, or whatever lies in Discogs’ dusty corners, she has fast become a sharehousehold name. A generational foray at Hopkins Creek has launched her into the stratosphere, where she returns in two weeks to soundtrack its final moments. What an honour it is to have her draining the last drops of sun in our sauna. See you front left.

𝑪𝒍𝒐𝒖𝒅 𝑰𝒄𝒆 9

Cloud Ice 9 brings an insectoid spirit to sci-fi country that feels like 2CB at the local carnival. Five anthophiles shaking their bee-hinds at an all-knowing Queen, it’s no surprise that these guys are the best kind of weird. You’ll buzz, you’ll sting, and everything in between. Boy what a life.

𝑼𝒃𝒆𝒓𝒘𝒆𝒏𝒄𝒉

Mon, Em, Bee. These monosyllabic wenches have been making noise for over a year now and we’re all fans. Both soft spoken and growling, Uberwench’s sultry coolness echoes that of its art-pop milieu. Robotic, yet human. Delicate, yet intense. Dark wave goodness in the early afternoon.

𝑺𝒊𝒄𝒖

Piano music for mice, willows and Paddington bear, Sicu feels like a warm bath. Wonky and undulating, her music captures chaos as calm; each new pattern an apparition of an era or place that can be unique for both artist and listener. The debut, ‘Grandma Loves You’ is exactly this. Aren’t we lucky?!

𝑯𝒆𝒏𝒓𝒚 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑵𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒚

Highschool indie-pop from two unlikely buddies, Henry and Nancy play guitar music that makes you laugh and cry. Juno’s cutesy innocence, Courtney B’s dry humour, MJ Lenderman’s cheeky wit. Mix it in a big pot and out comes playful, mischevious duets, earworms and big smiles.
