Tea Tuesday thought: 🫖

Where did your beliefs come from?

Did you plant them?
Did you nurture them?
Did you grow them?

Or were they handed to you by the people, places, and experiences that shaped you?

Have you ever stopped to ask yourself why you believe what you believe?

Today’s journal prompt: Where did my beliefs come from, and do they still belong to me?

Then come read our Substack. We’re going deeper, link in bio!

Monday reminder: grown women need girl time too🤎

A little throwback to our last Resilient Toast, where the conversations were good, the laughs were real, and we got to simply enjoy being women together.

And because we clearly need to do this again… our next Resilient Toast is October 3rd. 🥂✨

Save the date. Grab your ticket!

We’re proud of you🎉🎉🥳

Seriously. Wherever you are right now. Whatever this season looks like, whatever it feels like… you’re doing a great job!!!👏🏾

Everything you’ve made it through matters. Everything you’ve learned matters. And you’ve done the best you could with what you had.

So please, don’t be so hard on yourself.

You are the bomb💜

And remember: you can’t be late to somewhere that only you are meant to be. Consider this your Tea Tuesday reminder to give yourself a little grace 🥹

Did the camera slide?
Or, was I sliding? IDK I just know this was one of the best nights in @eosfitness Moval’s history! The #xtremehiphopstep steppers showed up and showed out for @gts_imher_fitness #birthday #youhadtobethere #stepaerobics

You’ve carried it long enough. 💛 Just because it’s familiar doesn’t mean it’s meant to stay. Today, choose to look up. There’s still healing. There’s still hope. There’s still more!

Happy Birthday to our incredible Co-Founder!

Your unwavering resilience has become a safe place for so many. You lead with strength, yet never lose your softness. You give so freely, work tirelessly behind the scenes, validate others in ways that make them feel seen, and walk into every room with an energy and smile that instantly lights it up.

Thank you for reminding us that true leadership isn’t just about what you build it’s about how you make people feel while building it.

May this next year pour back into you the same love, joy, peace, and abundance you’ve poured into so many others. We are endlessly grateful for you and honored to call you our co-founder, our sister, and our friend.

Happy Birthday, @heyaesha . Here’s to celebrating you today and always. 🥂✨💐

With love,
The Resilient Team 💜
