The flower mandala has served two sound journeys.🌸 Today was for two friends, and it was a beautiful session. When I try to plan offerings out in a systematic way, I always feel restricted. When I let go of the agenda and allow what needs to come through to be the guide, it lands better, a rough draft is helpful for me, but then it’s a β€œwhat will be will be.” I enjoy learning and listening to the experiences had during group sessions. Being introduced to someone’s internal landscape is a journey in itself. Some folks have a vivid landscape of colors, images, movie clips, activation of memories with different instruments, and energetic sensations traveling through the body; where it’s less visual, or the blurred lines from where the physical body ends and subtle body begins, and time is lost. Our internal lens is incredible! Little story… When I was little, in first grade, I used to close my eyes and create space. πŸͺπŸŒŒ I’d start with a black background and place the planets and stars. Then one by one, I’d remove each element, returning to complete darkness, and I’d try to sit in the feeling of nothingness, which would freak me out while also capturing my curious mind. I have no recollection of where or why I’d do this, but it’s a memory that often comes up when I’m on the receiving end of energy work or sound baths or meditation. Anyway… Today marks all three Sound Journey offerings on my menu that have been booked; 1:1, small group, and couple/friends. This means I go into a refining stage based on what I’ve learned through my own experience. #seattle #seattlesmallbusiness #soundbath #energyhealing #esthetician #creativeentrepreneur #momlife #createexplore

My intention for the ambiance of my space is for you to feel: ☁️ comfortable enough to kick your shoes off as soon as you walk through the door ☁️ freedom to be yourself ☁️ share anything and everything without judgment (even if you’re working with another esthetician, energy healer, or sound practitioner ✨) ☁️ cozy enough to fall asleep ☁️ safe enough to bring your little fur baby ☁️ supported enough to want quiet time and little conversation ☁️ relaxed and at ease I care for you in all my decisions and offerings at Earth & Ash. I look forward to holding space and working with you! 😌 Love you, mean it! #seattleesthetician #seattlefacial #circadiaskincare #osmosisfacialinfusion #oxygeneofacial #seattlesmallbusiness #seattle #pnw
