SOPHIE & NATHANIEL — OCTOBER 24, 2026 💍

I’ve been waiting for this wedding day for almost an entire year, and now that it’s come and gone, I genuinely don’t know whether to smile or cry. Probably both.

Some couples come into your life as clients and leave as so much more. Sophie and Nathaniel are those people for me. My favorite people, and two of the most incredible souls I’ve ever known.

For almost a year, we’ve worked side by side bringing their wedding to life. Countless meetings, texts throughout the day, late-night check-ins, endless decisions and conversations. And I loved every second. From starting with nothing but a vision to standing there Saturday watching it all come together.

And Sophie… where do I even start with this girl?

She is the definition of beautiful, inside and out. The kindest, most selfless, warmhearted person you could ever meet. Her happiness is contagious, and her heart is HUGE.

Let me tell you just how special she is. I lost my voice this past week, and on the MORNING OF HER OWN WEDDING, we were on the phone chatting before both arriving to the venue and she asked if she could bring ME hot tea for my voice. HER WEDDING MORNING, Y’ALL. 😭

That is Sophie. Always thinking of everyone else, even on a day that was supposed to be entirely about her.

And Nathaniel, you are just as wonderful. The love these two share, and knowing their marriage is rooted in so much love and faith in God, makes my heart so happy.

Saturday was everything we’d hoped for. Perfect weather, beautiful details, amazing family and friends, and a day overflowing with love.

But as happy as I am, a piece of my heart is sad knowing I won’t be working alongside them anymore. I’ll miss our meetings, our messages, and having them be such a big part of my everyday life.

Sophie & Nathaniel, I hope you know just how much you mean to me. Thank you for trusting me, allowing me into your lives, and making this past year unforgettable. I love you both dearly and will forever be cheering you on.

I know God has the most beautiful life planned for you two. 🤍

Congratulations, here’s to a lifetime of love, laughter, faith, and happiness.

POV: You walk into a clothing store and leave with something you can't buy (and *maybe* a few things you can 🥰🛍️)✨

Confidence. Connection. Encouragement. Insights. Perspective. Friendships that inspire and encourage you to shine bright and spread light.

It was so special for @vestiquefortmill, a boutique built on friendship 16 years ago, to be the backdrop for #ShineTeens the same age to develop bright bonds 💖

From sixth grade to college, girls in different seasons of life shared wisdom, empathy, encouragement, and perspective on topics related to friendship, fashion, faith, and flourishing during the teen years and beyond. Each with something to give and something to gain 💞

Thank you to @mrlashle, @carolinekdunham, @heyitssoph__ and Laniey for opening your doors and hearts to the Shine Teens community and showing us how many lives can be touched by a vision that's been faithfully tended (& for your generosity in letting us stay for retail therapy 🥰) @kathrenceskajewelry grateful you were providentially placed in this sanctified space, too 💫

What was your favorite part of Bright Bonds? ⬇️✨

ONE WEEK until Sophie & Nathaniel say “I DO!” 🥹🤍💍

I can hardly believe we’re just SEVEN days away!!

I’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with these two for nearly a year, and what an incredible journey it’s been! Sophie and Nathaniel are truly some of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people, and Sophie has the BIGGEST heart. 🤍

I’m beyond excited to finally see everything we’ve dreamed up and worked so hard on come to life, but also a little sad knowing our planning journey is almost over! 🥹

That’s the bittersweet part of this job. My couples become so much more than just clients!

Sophie & Nathaniel, YOUR WEDDING WEEK IS HERE!! Let the countdown begin! 🥂✨
