My heart is so full from a wonderful bff weekend in Tampa with @heypluckyme. We may have no marbles left but we have great memories! At least we paid at Bartaco this time!

My heart always leaves Dallas so full from getting to spend a weekend of one of my favorite humans on the planet. Even though she thinks I’m a menace, I think our friendship if one of the universes best gifts 💚❤️🎄🎁

Another fantastic trip to the D in the books. We had the best time celebrating Cinco de Mayo, catching a Texas Texans game 😂 and hanging with our friends. This is such a great city with great food, drinks and people. ⭐️⭐️

2024 was a 🦉
@tylerjholt and I become foster failures and we got a 117lb lap dog named Frank.

I spent a lot of time with my girlfriends which included a trip to NYC, the best city in the WORLD and the most festive and silliest weekend in Dallas with @girlgonelivin.

We went to Maine where I almost died on a hike and tried to eat my weight in whoopie pies, as well as Boston, the second greatest US city and one of my past homes.

We also visited mom, dad and all of the animals in AZ while learning about mezcal.

I also got to go to St Augustine for the first time ever where we broke the record for the most @boatdrinks in two days.

I asked the universe to go to a Gators game but forgot to specify the location so we ended up at the Gasparilla bowl 😂 Next year I’ll specify that I meant Gainesville.

I got to pet SO many dogs in Mexico City and go to Oaxaca City for Dia de los Muertos.

I also drank as many espresso martinis as possible but made damn sure I looked good doing it by hitting a back squat PR at 250# and generally spending more time in the gym than 95% of the rest of the world and I’m perfectly happy with how it’s all working out!

Can’t wait to do more fun things next year!

Beautiful, Banff, you take my breath away.

The scenery is like nothing I've ever seen. Making time for connecting with nature and with amazing human beings is exactly what our souls called for, and it was met 10 fold.

My heart is full of gratitude for the opportunity to do exactly what I love, movement, adventure, and connection. I feel lighter, not just because the backpack is off my back😂, but because I took the time to listen in. That's what it's all about.

If this speaks to you, join me this summer in Rocky Mountain National Park. @rootadventures link in bio.

LIVE YOUR LIFE!

Climb a tall building in Italy, ride a horse, jump out of a plane, Do YOGA, take a nap on a bench in Italy’s wine country, climb a tree, adopt a dog for a best friend and give them a good life, go roller skating, get up in that big blue sky and go parasailing, sit with a sunset, swim with the dolphins, shoot a gun, swim with wild sea turtles in Belize, enjoy the pink sand and super salty water in Bermuda, belt out that tune at karaoke or with a friend, take a trip to Texas to see that bad ass friend you miss so much, spend time with family you don’t see often and be with the people who make your life worth living!

Of all the roads traveled I have to say the one leading back to myself has been the BEST! Happy hump day! Be thankful and grateful for the life you have💕
