Rlly want to go on a rant about how squad has taught me more about unconditional love and community and relationships and laughter than anyone or anything else in the past 12+ years but instead I’ll just say girls are magic and I feel so lucky to still have these angels around me :,) let me stay at squad camp forever!!!!!!

I attended Anam Cara last week and have come home overflowing with gratitude and a stronger sense of self. I'm honored to have witnessed so many beautiful women on their journeys. Sisterhood was the root, and from that blossomed connections, tears, laughter, love...so much power and healing in this bubble. I have brought home practices that I am now integrating into my daily life.

If you wish to meet soul sisters, this is the place! Thank you @zahiyahwilliams and the amazing team for a beautiful week!! Thank you @alannxhcarr for the photos, @plz14 for the massages, and @abbeywilliams7_ and @abigail.pc.hamilton for the AMAZING meals. All of the hard work behind-the-scenes was not unnoticed. 💜

I have more to share in the near-ish future. I will rave about this experience until my last breath!

Be brave enough to let yourself be humbled, vulnerable… brave enough to be seen by other women and honor them in return. Immense gratitude to @zahiyahwilliams for guiding us through the portal of this retreat🦋
So much love to every single woman I got to love and be loved by this past week🌞

Hi everyone, it has been a minute.
Why has it been a minute you ask?
Oh, because I’d rather manifest a bunch of health problems(that are not serious) , be absolutely obsessed with figuring them out, and be preoccupied with the thoughts of thinking this mysterious illness is about to take me out any day than to feel the fear and feelings that come with being seen on the World Wide Web by other fellow humans, oh and to be vulnerable with the people I love, oh and to step fully into my calling…. And create art. (This was all unconscious)
Maybe I should just go back to nicotine 😂.

Yes I know, it’s dramatic as fuck. But a part of me likes being dramatic. We can thank my inner 5 year old for that. What is life without a little drama anyway. Also we don’t shame around here.
And I’ve just been living my gd life.
Between the years of 2022-2025, I was in the healing trap. Feeling like I had to heal myself more before I could fully live my life. As IF I could pause my life and continue it when I am ready. LOL, I wish. Back in August one of the mysterious symptoms SLAPPED me into the reality that my life was happening now, and it was going to pass me by.
Something I learned was that our nervous system needs NEW experiences to write a new story. Oh you have a fear of being vulnerable because you’re afraid of being abandoned, prove it wrong by doing it. Ya you might be “rejected” or whatever, but I like to call that the universe taking out the trash.
But most likely you will be met with love, and it will be the best fucking feeling, because you were honest and truthful, and if you are not met, at least you were honest and truthful and that’s a WIN in my book.
Do It over and over until your body learns it’s not dangerous.

Anyway my point, live your life, show your body and brain new experiences, prove it wrong.
Also you can go excavate your trauma and talk about it all day long, but if you’re not actually applying it and processing the emotions, it is not going to take you very far.

Thank you for reading. <3 you.

Teaching has been such a rewarding job, and I'm so grateful for all my students. They're always so kind and encouraging, and I love being a part of their pole/fitness journey. Thanks to all of you for joining my Halloween craze and dressing up with me 🥰🥰
