Does this sound like you or someone you know? ☯️

Everyone is comprised of masculine and feminine energy. We dance in and out of it constantly.

However, sometimes due to emotional trauma, unhealthy generational cycles and imbalanced conditioning our "dominant foot" in polarity disconnects us from fully trusting ourself and we end up playing a role that is not empowering for us to show up authentically in life.

Think of masculine energy as a jar, a container, structure, control, doing, exertion. 🫙

Feminine energy is the free flowing, fluid, flexible, creative, passionate water that fills the jar. 💦

This post is simply a start into this conversation so if you'd like to know more through a Psychic Mentoring call or are interested in setting up a deep healing session in person just send me a DM.

I would love to support you in cultivating deeper trust with yourself and creating more balanced relationships in your life.

In a world filled with shared struggles, problems are not ‘ours’ alone—they’re universal threads woven into the human experience.

Isolating yourself with a seemingly heavy problem, turns the problem itself into the mirror in which you are seeing yourself. Can you see the additional problem with doing this? 💔

For years I struggled silently with an eating disorder, depression, various coping addictions and I was allowing the constructs of those "systems" to be the influence over my opinions and beliefs about myself and the world.

I felt like I had to work extra hard to get my basic needs met. I felt like I was hard to love. I felt like I was never good enough. I felt like I wasn't worthy until I had all my problems figured out because I was such a broken mess!

No wonder it took me so long to believe something different--I was letting problems tell me who I was.

In reality these were negative beliefs, generational cycles and EGO based thinking that I could break free from at any time with the right perspective.

The person with the power to change this was always ME---but I needed to plug all the way back into my body in order to surge this truth 🔌 💡✨

A broken mirror has a difficult time fixing itself without another mirror to reflect light with.

The good news is we have an abundance of resources!

We are surrounded by bright ideas, empowering solutions and creative ways to grow beyond problems---so give yourself permission to kick Shame out of the problem solving committee and allow Support to get to work instead.

This is your reminder to embrace connection with your body, the deeper knowing within yourself, a Higher Power, a loving community and the amazing access we have to endless information.

Within connection lies the path to peace and faster solutions. Let's talk about it, share our wisdom, and grow TOGETHER 🌿🌍

Last April I attended Meant for Magic Live in Scottsdale, Arizona. I had absolutely no idea what I was in store for. Just that I was there to support my friend @andreafrancoxo ‘s very first live event.

The transformation that I went through led to me investing in a year long mastermind container, facilitated by Andrea, Maria, Hannah and Wendi. I once again, had no idea what I was in store for. I spent the last year attending weekly zoom calls and quarterly in person events with 50 other powerhouse women.

To say that the person that I was a year ago is unrecognizable would be an understatement. I was lost, unmotivated, uninspired, operating at a lower frequency and just all around unhappy with my life.

Fast forward to today, I am confident, vibrant, magnetic and most of all HAPPY. My relationships with my family and friends have never been better. And most importantly, myself. Not to mention, the sisterhood that I found in this container cannot be explained. I have never been seen, supported and CELEBRATED on this level by other women before.

This year, I faced a huge fear of mine and spoke on stage. And I had a full blown panic attack. Which led to me being reaffirmed that I made the right decision by making the biggest investment of my life in this container because my newfound soul sisters supported me through it. Once the anxiety passed, I fucking killed it. And that’s an understatement. I am one funny ass motherfucker. Which has now inspired me to shift my dreams to another path.

While I’m sad that our mastermind container is coming to an end and I won’t be seeing my cool new friends as much anymore, I am excited for what’s to come as I reinvested in another year of the mastermind.

For those of you that have been watching my journey and are curious if Meant for Magic is for you, send me a DM with any questions. If you feel called to join us for Meant for Magic next year, I can get you hooked up with an INSANELY low price.

I took a leap and confronted my shame, fears, insecurities and limiting beliefs. And I have been rewarded with new opportunities, friends, clients, accomplishments and dreams. And I am beyond GRATEFUL 🩵

🌿~🍂 We all know the counterpart to life and birth is death and endings--it's the inevitable cycle. 🌀

But did you know,
that many times the grief we so deeply experience in the heaviness of our heart,
is actually just unexpressed love?
🤐🩷

The first time I heard this perspective a spark lit up in my chest. ❤️‍🔥 It gave me a focus point for directing my hope for healing and quickly helped me reconnect with myself again.

Viewing the grieving process this way continually helps me to accept what is and release any heaviness in my body that might be preventing me from staying fully present with myself. Allowing myself to receive love and joy despite processing change and loss is a huge unworthiness block that so many people experience inside after a big change.

We feel guilty, we blame, we feel unforgivable and yet all that does is create an energetic traffic jam inside our body. We damn ourself. 🙅🏼‍♀️🙅🏽🙅🏿‍♂️

I notice when I tap into grief through my unexpressed heart bank, the tears start to pour out of me 😭
I always came to realize the amount of love I feel is always stronger than the sadness, anger and disappointment that was previously blocking my heart flow. The love is so powerful it pushes everything out that's not that. 😭

Love is meant to be felt, received AND expressed. 🗣️✨💞

Let this post be a simple reminder of that.
Wherever you are at in your healing or grief journey, I'm sending you all the vibes ✨ to find and create the comfort and peace you seek.

Please share this video with someone who might need this perspective today and continue offering yourself and others grace as they manage the delicate process of grief 💫

Sending you love,

When life gives you a dotted line - - - let yourself take it 🏎️💨

Feeling burnt out and jamming everything in your life to fit into one narrow lane just might be a simple bandwidth shift.

Trust yourself to drive, know what to hand over to a higher power, and allow yourself to work with the invisible options so that they can become more visible in your life.

I invite you to create space in your body, energy and mind for a new "lane" to appear to help you with a problem in your life. Don't try to control the timing of it, just keep your eyes and heart open 😍

Safe travels!⚡️

Earlier this year my neighbor, Kathleen, came to me with a heavy heart and even heavier shoulders. Like many who walk through my door, she was struggling with lingering physical pain which had its roots deep within unresolved emotions.

That's the interesting thing about our bodies, right? They carry our stories, our joys, and our secrets, long after our minds have tried to let them go.

Kathleen shares, "I initially went to Hannah for a deep tissue massage because of lingering neck and shoulder pain. Right away, she intuited the source of the pain was from childhood trauma."

🙏 Amazing, isn't it--in 90 min we located the root of her pain that had been there since childhood. That's the precision and magic of my expertise & approach here at Me Soul Happy. I don't just work on the surface; together we'll dive deep, beyond muscles and joints, to the heart of your problem.

After just one session of inner-child healing with me, Kathleen felt a transformation like she'd never experienced before. She said, "I literally felt a weight lifted off my shoulders. Afterwards, when I reflected on the experience, I started giggling."

😁 Think about that for a minute—a giggle, a pure expression of joy, bubbling up from a place that had been filled with pain. That's the power of the work I offer to each of my clients. It's not just about feeling better, it's about finding joy, lightness, and a renewed connection with self.

In her own words, Kathleen had this to say, "I can’t thank Hannah enough for the change she facilitated and I recommend her to the highest degree." 🚀

And you know what? I can't thank Kathleen enough either. For trusting me, for opening up, and for sharing her journey towards healing and self-love. And to those of you reading this, who see a bit of yourself in Kathleen's story, I'm here for you. Reach out, connect, and let's start your journey of healing and growth together.

Here's to self-love, authenticity, and a giggle about healing along the way! 🥂💕

Every thought we have is not who we are. And every thought we have is not true. So much of what floats around in our head is tired, old programming telling us to doubt ourself and play it small.

It's a worn down soundtrack that we don't like listening to but we know so well. It's so familiar that sometimes we forget it's playing in the background of our mind.

I've started referring to it recently as The Macarena because it's so annoying yet so familiar. When I catch myself in a negative spiral it's then that I can recognize that what I'm hearing in my mind is just a negative pattern and I have the ability to remove it.

Thoughts like
"Maybe that'll never happen for me."
"things are harder for me."
"I'm not worthy of that."
"That's too much to ask for."

These are limiting beliefs, and they only have power if I believe that.
This used to be my soundtrack for yeeeaars. I see that they're all bullshit words coming from someone else's reality, not mine!

I recognize them so quickly now that it makes it so easy to change the station and choose to empower myself instead.

It took me a lot of deconstructing myself to get here but I'm so grateful I know I have the power to change the station now.

▶️
Does this relate?
What thoughts of yours are The Macarena for you?
What are the annoying beliefs that pop into your head that still surprise you?
I'd love to know!

Keep aiming high for yourself!
You deserve it.⚡️
