Miami was a MOVIE 🌴

Mansions on the water, dinners on the water, LIV & E11EVEN nights, FaceTime dance parties until the sun came up, waking up and feeding iguanas eggs like that was completely normal 😂

BBQ with so many burgers on the grill we damn near set the place on fire 🔥🇺🇸 Yacht days through the harbor and straight through the city, getting pulled over by the cops ON THE YACHT 😂, pulling up by boat to grab food, and somehow deciding it was the perfect time to learn my first backflip AND gainer… then sending it off the yacht with the homies and Volleyball with the best people.

And I can’t forget one night just pure chaos, laughing like Peter griffin uncontrollably for HOURS until my abs cramped. 😂 Those are probably some of my favorite moments from the whole trip.

Family, old friends, new friends that already feel like old ones… I’m so glad I got to experience all of this with you guys.

Great friendships made even better. New friendships started right. Incredible experiences and memories I’ll never forget.

Y’all made Miami one for the books. 🫶🏼

We lost a real one… a real ball knower, a real student of the game, a real grinder, a real servant of the game, a real mentor — and most importantly, a real man who was in basketball for all of the right reasons.

If those in basketball had the heart that Jayson had, basketball and the world would be a better place. My guy was married to the game for all the right reasons — traveling across the country to attend camps in order to sharpen his craft, volunteering as a defender for pros and college players, and always looking to uplift, support, and encourage whoever he was in the gym with, be it a pro, a prep, or even a pre-K beginner.

I will honor your legacy by staying true to the promise I made you. I will do all I can to ensure those in basketball with your spirit have a seat at the table. God bless your beautiful soul and your family!
