Weekly round up 🥰
Benchmark week - so good to see so many PBs up on the board this week 👏🏾 epic work!

So many squat PBs 🔥🔥
The last 12 weeks Athletic and PHT programmes have been focused on building up to a 1RM at the end of the block and the team have put in some numbers, we LOVE to see it 🤩

Many members getting stronger overhead and hitting push press PBs which have been a focus this block 💪🏾

As it goes with PBs, there were also plenty of fails with members pushing to their absolute max

Some pull up firsts and building up the weights in PHT 👏🏾

Hugeee dips going up and the team grinding to get them done 🙌🏾

Mid week birthday celebration for @letitiataylor1 🥳

Finishing off the week celebrating our @lee.wilson008 birthday 🥳

The 10:40 PHT lot getting that PB board filled up 🔥

Hanyu’s last session with us before she heads to 🇨🇳

Ending the week on Diane. So good to see so many getting upside down and working on those HSPU 🤸‍♀️

A little recap of last week’s wins 🔥

We’re 5 weeks into the current 12 week block and the progress is genuinely epic to watch.

Members are progressing on the plyos, we’ve seen pull up and dip PBs, first ever toes to bar, rope climbs & legless rope climbs for some, strict HSPU, and just hitting things they didn’t think they could do before!

So proud of this lot putting the work in 💜
