This is my first Christmas with family in six years and I’m soaking it all in.

I’ve been feeling lots this week leading up to the holidays. Besides feeling exhausted from the pace I’ve been going at lately (excited about building a new life but also pushing my edge just a lil too much) I’ve also had a lot move through.

Feeling I’m mentally and emotionally at a pretty beautiful place, but the body remembers (and that’s beautiful too).

I’ve had a lot of memories come up, reflecting back to a year ago and all the crazy shit I went through at that time.

Last Christmas was the most messed up, sad & lonely Christmas I’ve experienced, yet on the outside it looked like I was having a grand ol’ time in New York.

I’ve also been grieving what I’ve left behind in a life I haven’t said goodbye to just yet.

I’ve taken the time to write (lots), cry (even more), reflecting. And all that mixed with a deep sense of gratitude. For life. For love. For all the lessons. The pain.

I see myself building a life full of so much love, the only way I’ve ever wanted it to be. And I’m proud of myself for daring. Fully showing up for myself, showing up as myself. Allowing her to take up space.

Proud of myself for practicing receiving and fully feeling I’m worthy of it. And grateful for my willingness to love openly, despite the hurt I’m on some levels still dealing with.

And being down south with my family these days is and has been so so lovely. Fully exhaling. Laughing loudly.

I want to send YOU love today. No matter where you are this holiday - with loved ones, alone, traveling, missing someone.

A reminder that life can be painful and beautiful at the same time and you have the gift to build something you truly love. We just have to allow all of us to exist in the process.

We went 343 → 9 in one wild Saturday!

The money bubble popped when James Grogan’s A-K sent Lewis Henderson packing.

Quick bustouts followed: Peggy Crawford (last lady standing 😢), Tyrell Soleyn (aces cracked!), and Rupinder Bedi all hit the rail.
