The next chapter at Marriott Irvine Spectrum is taking shape.

We’re excited to share a first look at the vision for a complete rooftop renovation of Hive & Honey @hhrooftopbar

From thoughtfully designed gathering spaces and intimate lounge seating to statement lighting and a reimagined bar experience, this transformation will bring a fresh perspective to one of Irvine’s favorite rooftop destinations.

We’re looking forward to continuing our investment in the property and elevating the guest experience.

4 OC rooftops worth the elevator ride

From Hive & Honey’s globe-lantern rooftop in Irvine to the dark, plant-wall lounge at Mesa in Costa Mesa — Orange County’s rooftops steal the show after dark. Parkestry sits on the 11th floor of the JW Marriott Anaheim with skyline views and fire pits, and The FIFTH is right across the street from Disneyland for fireworks on select nights.

Another year, wrapped up a little differently than I expected.

There were wins, surprises, hard lessons, quiet moments, and plenty to be grateful for.

I’m taking the memories, keeping the lessons, and leaving the rest behind.

On to what’s next. ♥︎

Such an amazing experience performing for the @eoorangecounty event at @hhrooftopbar!✨

The crowd was so much fun to play for, and I especially loved getting to perform so many custom song requests throughout the evening. Beautiful venue, great energy, and such a memorable night. So grateful to have been part of it!

In case you needed a sign to join us this weekend. Hand holding crispy bread at Hive & Honey rooftop bar in Irvine, CA, with appetizers, cocktail, and sunset views—the best rooftop bar Orange County for dining and drinks.

I would have shopped more if I had time 😆 but was told we had a reservation somewhere so we dashed off from @irvinespectrumcenter to @hhrooftopbar @marriottirvinespectrum (didn’t know until we were being dropped off). Thanks for the lovely surprise from my girlfriends!!!! #bdaycelebration #irvinespectrum #irvinespectrumcenter #irvineca #irvinecalifornia

Hard at work in Irvine, California and I’m kicking things off with my Eat & Drink Crawl because—YES—the food was really that amazing!

🍜 @hironoriramen: Ramen that slaps and I regret nothing.
🍶 @hanshinpocha_irvine: Soju and bulgogi just hits different.
🐝 @hhrooftopbar: Sunset views and honey bread doing emotional damage.
🎀 @hellokittycafeirvine: Walked in a halfway functioning adult, walked out with a plushie and zero dignity.
🍛 @cocoichibanya_usa: “Medium spice” and no ragrets.
🥃 @ynkspeakeasy: Still not sure how I found the door, but I’m not complaining.
🫐 @bluberrysocial: A vibe that says “aesthetic first, ask questions never.”

Irvine’s food scene is a full-time hobby. Come hungry, leave happy. Follow @destinationirvine so you, too, can have a food baby.
