This is Tom! “Tom is 18 months old and was born with a diagnosis of 2 different heart defects (COA and AVSD) and so far has had 3 open heart surgeries. He’s also got Down Syndrome! He’s now a thriving baby boy, who loves to play with his siblings, laughs constantly and makes everyone around him smile. He’s suffered through so much, had a stroke and at times seemed like he wouldn’t make it, but now he’s absolutely thriving and we’re so excited for what’s to come with him ❤️” @downwithtom
