Never thought we will be spending so much money and time to get this kitchen going. We could be going on vacation and buy a new house but we are trying to build a business that is mainly to help other entrepreneurs and hopefully we make a lil bit of money in the process. So far we definitely making no money other than supporting our businesses that have the same amount of passion like us. We take pride in everything we do with our heart and hard work. Link in bio to book your tour.

WSW is a movement 💫

On Wednesday, 60 people gathered to celebrate 5 years of WSW, 9 years of ALIST, National Filipino American History Month, and National Women’s Small Business Month. We take these pictures to commemorate this moment. A moment that won’t ever happen again. Together, we’re making history ✊🏽

Because 60 of us said yes and our program sponsor @onpointcu and venue sponsor @barrelroomportland this one moment gathered and distributed $4,072.30 to Krystal @djkmarie , Helen @cakebatch , Amanda @alist_wsw , Donneshya @crystalandstoneevents , Kelly @thepetaldispatch , Brandi @flashbackpdx , Dasha @socialsbydasha , the 42 people who got their free drink plus 20% tip to our bar tender Danni , and our last WSW Microgrant of 2025. Congrats Kara-Lynn O’Connor of @barebeauty.pdx who choose to split the money with Sierra @sierratayloresthetics 💞

Although we opened crowdfunding to anyone and everyone to accumulate the money to gift to Kara, the donors of this $430 microgrant include 33 women who also bought a ticket to the anniversary party. Thank you…

Kaysha Duffy, Precious Hannah-King, Anna Koehn, Holly Roberson, Christine Hopkins, Jenny Nguyen, Morning Dove Barranger, Rachael Hofmann, Liz Logan, Montserrat Andreys, Renee Garcia, Rachel Jenkins, Kate Williams, Maria Juan Francisco, Melody Brown, Angela Rockwell, Kara-Lynn O’Connor, Carrie Hsia, Kris Lai, Olivia Rebanal, Nicole Villegas, Mika Martinez, Karen Foster, Arielle Wilkins, Kateshia Pendergrass, Joan Taylor, Affouet Price, Bonnie Mailey, Alondra Canizal Hal, Jess Legaspi, Jennifer Foust, Anne-Marie Johnson, Suzette Fulay 🙌🏽

Of course, this isn’t only monetary. Investment into women of color shows up in so many ways every time we gather. Thank you to the many women who got up on the mic and spoke Nicole, Kateshia, Donneshya, Montserrat, Krystal, Helen, Brandi, Renee, Jess, Affouet, Kara, Fabiola 💗

Thank you from the bottom of my heart. This is a dream come true. Until we gather again…

💚 We’re proud to have partnered with @rouxportland for this first ever Taste Test Challenge — spotlighting incredible women-owned businesses across Oregon.

From the chefs who sourced their ingredients at @marketofchoice to the goodie bags filled with local favorites, it was an inspiring day celebrating creativity, connection, and community. ✨

We’re always happy to support local — in every way we can. 🙌🏼✨

Big thank you to @rouxportland for the amazing collaboration they allowed us to create. Our first year on the map was a lil nerve racking but we had fun and learned so much from it and most importantly connected with dynamic women in the industry making great impact in the pdx food and beverage ecosystem. Fun collab using @titosvodka to create delicious cocktails 🍹 thanks again for the opportunity and support. Till next year stay blessed ladies. Thank you chef @cheffatououattara and @sweetcreaturepdx for using @hibisbloom as secret ingredient into their taste contest, it was so delicious and fun to watch. #womenpower #womeninspiringwomen #womenownedbusinesses #pdxeater #eater #hibisbloom #westafricanfood #madeinoregon #pdxfoodie
