First battle of 2024.. lol I know it's almost mid year 😅
But my students have been itching to battle with me for a while now so I had to come out of "retirement" jk 😜
But we stay busy with teaching the next gen, Studio, Karate, and my personal life. This event really had me excited for my students. They did good and next time they will do great! Proud of them all.
Till Next time

With how things are going in the world its a breath of fresh air to know that breaking (breakdance) is finally going to be part of the Olympics.
Yes, there will be arguments/debates between culture and sports. There will always be pros and cons.
Let's not forget the His/Herstory of the artform, because at the end of the day it is Self expression, however the art is elevating to new heights, and the difficulty level has gone up incredibly.
There will always be people for the Culture. Learn from them. Understand their teaching. Educated yourself and others. Keep an open-mind. And Mention their Names in Interviews, Videos, Podcast, Music!
Know why your dancing, In your heart, mind body soul, and search for answers everywhere.
Don't let anyone, including yourself, Stop you from learning.
