HIFIMAN ARYA UNVEILED — the cheapest UNVEILED, and the friendliest 👇

@hifimanelectronics 's grille-less planar line gets its most affordable member: the ARYA UNVEILED ($1,449). The back is fully open, driver exposed. That alone reshapes the soundstage. 🎧

🎧 What it sounds like
🔹 Grille-less = a huge, boundary-free stage. Mahler's "Symphony No. 2" stays untangled, layers in clear order.
🔹 Strong, deep low end with real layered punch. Drums and bass both shine; texture never drowns.
🔹 Vivid, lively tonal style — more personality than its pricier siblings, less seriousness.
🔹 Top end not brightened on purpose; extension is only so-so. Ultra-high strings aren't quite ear-catching.

🎧 Easy to drive & pair
🔹 Pairs great with a desktop DAC/amp like the Goldenwave SERENADE (young, punchy, clean).
🔹 Tube amp (L&P EA4) adds lush warmth; GOLDMUND THA3 NextGen adds composure and a round stage.
🔹 At 413g with a loose, comfy headband — easy to forget you're wearing it.

Conclusion:
🔹 Best for pop, electronic, jazz. Clean mids keep vocals clear even in busy mixes.
🔹 At ~$1,500, the rare over-ear that nails both quality and character. Strongly recommended.

Would you run it off a tube amp or a clean desktop DAC? 👇
