Two Ravens

I really enjoy working with charcoal! This is my second mural using only this medium, and honestly, it’s been an incredible experience.

This commission was one of those ideal jobs, with the perfect client/friend. Huge thanks to @allegedly_arian for inviting me to leave a permanent mark in your home, and for all the hospitality packed into just two days. Definitely a friendship that will last over time—just like the carbon footprint. 😄

The timeframe for this piece was only one day, and I couldn’t have pulled it off without the support of @high.dynamics and @prank.db5 who have had my back from day one since I arrived in Canada.

Special shoutout to @alejandroreyes_arts for sharing the road trip from Toronto to Gatineau and back, and for giving us the chance to catch up after being out of touch for such a long time.

It was a little difficult to get good photos because of the limited time and the space but I’m really glad I saved these videos of the process to share with you.

This drone shot by @chrishavenart of our wall @concretecanvasfest is just too good to not share. I don’t think the pictures do it the same justice. Thanks for checking it out!
