🌙 LATE-NIGHT MONDAY MEMBER MILESTONE 🌙 Since it’s a holiday, we’re making one more addition to Monday Member Milestone — and I honestly can’t think of a better person to recognize than Jere. What makes this one special is that we have the picture from her very first workout… and now, all this time later, we get to put it beside the picture from her 150TH WORKOUT. 💪🏽🔥 Two pictures. Same person. But there are 149 decisions between them to keep showing up. 149 times she came back after the first one. Days when she probably felt great. Days when she probably didn’t. Weeks when life was easy. Weeks when life was busy. And yet — she kept coming. That’s what makes milestones like this powerful. We celebrate the number 150, but the transformation was built in all the ordinary days when nobody was counting. “Your life rarely changes because of one extraordinary decision. It changes because of the ordinary decisions you refuse to stop making.” Jere, congratulations on 150 workouts! 🎉 From workout #1 to workout #150, you are living proof that consistency doesn’t just change your body — it changes what you believe you’re capable of. And the best part? 150 isn’t the finish line. It’s evidence that you’ve become someone who keeps going. We’re proud of you, Jere! ❤️💪 #MondayMemberMilestone #150Workouts #AlloyPersonalTraining AlloyHilltop ConsistencyWins StrongerTogether FitnessJourney KeepShowingUp

🌟 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: JERE 🌟 Jere's fitness journey began over 25 years ago when she became a mom. Like many people, she tried just about every diet imaginable—low-carb, low-fat, no-carb, no-fat—you name it. While some worked temporarily, lasting results remained just out of reach. After retiring from the military, she began experiencing joint pain, reduced mobility, and weight gain. She realized that if things were going to change, she had to make herself a priority. So she started small. Better food choices. More movement. Consistent walks. One healthy decision at a time. One of Jere's biggest motivations may surprise you—Disney! 🏰✨ She loves visiting Disney parks and wanted to be able to walk all day, enjoy every attraction, and create memories without being limited by pain, fatigue, or lack of mobility. Her goal wasn't just to lose weight—it was to gain the freedom to fully enjoy life. Like many people, Jere initially tried working out on her own. But motivation would come and go, and excuses always seemed to find their way into the schedule. Everything changed when a friend introduced her to Alloy. She started with a few complimentary sessions and quickly discovered the difference that accountability, coaching, and community can make. Having a supportive team and a consistent plan helped her stay committed and continue moving forward. Today, Jere is stronger, healthier, more active, and continuing to prove that it's never too late to invest in yourself. Her journey reminds us that lasting change doesn't happen overnight—it happens through small decisions made consistently over time. We're incredibly proud of you, Jere, and honored to be part of your journey! 💙 Drop a 👏 in the comments and help us congratulate our June Member of the Month! #AlloyPersonalTraining #MemberOfTheMonth #StrongerTogether #HealthyAging #FitnessJourney #VirginiaBeachFitness #DisneyLover #AlloyStrong

The Tom Joyner Cruise had no idea they had a superstar onboard! 🌟 Our very own Darcel was out there double-dutching like a pro! Look at that agility, coordination, and energy — that’s what happens when you stay consistent with your Alloy workouts. 💪🔥 Darcel, we are so proud of you!
