Welp.. this was quite literally therapy. A sincere and heartfelt thank you to everyone who came to our show last, sang and danced with us and hopefully wasn't weirded out by the onstage breakdown I had the moment we were done performing this song 😩🥺 I love you guys! && I love you Dolly <3

In between jell-oat shots and overflowing matcha fountains, Oatly Aftertaste (@oatly) dove deep into the current state of culture and beverage innovation. Panels featured heavy-hitters from food to media like Feed Me’s Emily Sundberg (@emilysundberg), who moderated a chat on the evolution of third spaces during where rival coffee shop owners engaged in some friendly camaraderie over modern coffee culture. Rachel Karten (@milkkarten) decoded the art of the viral drink, and Hasan Minhaj (@hasanminhaj) gave chai its flowers. Feed Me founder (@read.feedme) Emily Sundberg (@emilysundberg) with panelists Anjali Lewis, partner of Gravity Strategic Partners, Sydney Wayser, co-owner of Granada Echo Park (@granada_echopark), Kate Diament (@kidiament), founder of Montauk General (@themontaukgeneral) discuss the importance of third spaces in coffee culture. Chai aficionado and comedian Hasan Minhaj (@hasanminhaj) delved into his personal relationship to the beverage. Top image, Alma Blancarte-Mora (@almablancartemora), co-founder of Bueno Days (@buenodays.coffee), Andrea Allen (@andreaarkanspro), co-founder of Onyx Coffee Lab (@onyxcoffeelab), and Tohm Ifergan (@tohmifergan), founder of Dayglow (@dayglowcoffee)—all coffee competitors—unpacked modern tensions behind beverage operations. Below, Rachel Karten (@milkkarten) of Link in Bio and Audrey Finocchiaro (@audrey_finocchiaro), co-founder of The Nitro Bar (@thenitrobar_) discussed viral drinks, brand awareness, and the finicky algorithm. Once the panels wrapped, guests stuck around for the afters complete with boozy oat cocktails, musical performances, and a screening of an unforgettable Knicks game. Musical performances by DJ Honey Bun (@samtaylor24) and High and Mighty Brass Band (@highandmightybrass) brought the action to the Aftertaste after party.

The ecstatic community chaos we strive for was in full effect on Sunday and everyone was shining bright! Big thanks to @highandmightybrass for giving us the exact kick in the brass we needed, @mojobirds for bringing the mojo to start the party right, our resident rappers @josh_moncure and @andy.ark, to @the.cobalt.blues for the funky dj set, sitar tuning and friendship, @minormoons for the psychedelic liquid light show, to @guvbot and the @earthskytime crew for putting in the work so all this magic could happen… and to everyone who came out to revel in it all! Hope to see y’all back on 7/19 for @johnbrownsbodymusic Feel the tug-of-peace!!!

@highandmightybrass and @mojobirds and our buddy Lee’s liquid light show this Sunday Plus a few shots of what we’ve been up to (mostly swimming + a little farming & pizza slingin) and finally a gratuitous run @theswampdogg cussin at the last show... “how do we get these things if we can’t ask for them?”
