I completely zoned out during this comp, and honestly it was the most fun I’ve had.

No expectations, no pressure. I didn’t know what was being loaded and I put my complete trust in @owenest🫡.

Owen got the best out of me as he always does!

It was so good competing with all the other 93s, having trained with a lot of them in the build-up just made the day even more special!

Shoutout to my gorgeous girlfriend @elizkudenler I couldn’t do this without her support❤️.

Thank you to @allenglandchampionships @vepowerlifting for hosting such a great competition and to everyone who either came to watch in person or watched the livestream, I appreciate it.
