Our club captain @highbeebabs explaining the basics of tempo workouts to the group this morning. One of the important speed workouts to have in your arsenal if you’re trying to get faster over any distance. At Miles and Smiles we have very capable people who know their onions and how to get better when it comes to running, wouldn’t you love to be a part of this too?😁 #running #runner #runningtraining #strava #viral

Yesterday was our first Miles & Smiles hangout and honestly, it was long overdue 😂

We’ve spent so much time running together, it was nice to finally just hang out, talk, play games, swim, compete and generally disturb ourselves 😂

First hangout done. And yeah… we definitely need to do this again.

It fun to run. 🧡

A quick look back at last Saturday’s hill sprint! 📈

It was our first session on the incline together—definitely tough on the legs, but we’re building that stamina, strength, and running economy so we can come back faster.

You can see the energy and smiles for yourself in the video.

It is always fun to run with us

The task of recording very fast runners combines the difficulty of being very fast yourself whilst keeping a steady hand, which is why we’re glad to have @highbeebabs behind the camera for most of our runs. Thank you for always being there for us, we appreciate it immensely 🙌🏾❤️ #run #strava #videography #runningcommunity #milesandsmiles

Big Fresh was out this morning for an interval run with his running club teammates, alongside Coach @highbeebabs , @kofo_afo , and the rest of the team. 🏃🏽‍♂️🔥

Always leading by example, he continues to inspire his friends and brothers to stay consistent with their fitness journey and prioritize their health. Remember, good health is true wealth! ❤️💪😍😍😍

42 kilometers. One family. 🏁

We started in the dark, ran through the rain, and finished as professional finishers. It was never about the time on the clock—it was about the people running beside us.

Next year we plan to run better and with a much more larger family

Miles n Smiles. To the world. 🌍✨
