“I should be able to figure this out myself.”

Sounds capable.

But sometimes it’s just an old pattern wearing a very convincing disguise that you are, "responsible."

The "proof" you aren't a burden, and you're "deserving" of what it is you're asking for or want.

You can be highly capable and still have learned that wanting more, asking for help, or receiving support doesn’t feel safe.

So you circle the same decision.
Overthink the next move.
Carry more than you need to.
And call it, “This is just how I am. This is how I operate.”

The issue isn’t your capability.

It’s that your nervous system learned somewhere along the way:

Wanting more = danger.
Asking = shame.
Receiving = not safe.

And no amount of positive thinking overrides a body still bracing for impact.

You don’t need to become more capable.

You need evidence that you can want more, be supported, and stay safe.

I was born with this energy. The kind that can't sit still.

The one who was too much. Rebellious. Outspoken.

The kind that says "what if" at midnight and books the flight by 9am.

Here's what nobody tells you about that energy:
It's a gift. And it can be exhausting.

You make the call. Then the next call. Then the next one.

By Thursday you don't want to explain yourself to anyone.

I'm not here to dim it.

You're someone who didn't need ages to be the reason you stopped caring about what people think.

You've gained so much LIVED experience to know what's really important, what you value and will not tolerate.

So which are you?

Miranda, where one look settles it?

Or Jordan, with the whole room listening?

Or both😏 comment 👇

Finding your soul tribe doesn't mean you couldn't have figured it out alone.

You could. That's literally how you got here.

But here's the question we can forget to ask ourselves:

What does figuring it out alone actually cost?

The 2am loops. The decisions that should feel clean but don't. The mental load that hasn't eased the way you expected as things grew and life happens.

The right room doesn't do the work for you.

It just means you stop paying that price alone.

Your badass awesomeness has always been there.

You just need a room that can hold you.

Where first world problems aren't the topics of conversations.

You've transcended being held back by that.

You can keep carrying it alone.

Or you can find the room that carries it with you.

The right women will empower and encourage you, be unafraid to share or leverage resources because lack isn't what they live by.

They want to see you win and actively support you to get there.

Both are a choice.

Only one compounds in your favour.

If you're bored you're not obsessed with your life💁‍♀️

Ask yourself better questions as above👆👆

When you get OBSESSED about how great you want to feel daily, the great experiences you desire - travel, relationships, career, finances, lifestyle etc.

You tune out distractions.

You practice feeling great as you are, by witnessing all that you make happen vs waiting for the right employer or person to validate you.

You hyper focus with intention to ensure all aspects of your life are in sync.

Anything that isn't - you cut off or say no without hesitation - feeling 0 guilt or regret.

You are the master of your inner peace✌️

For the women who are decision makers, risk takers and big move makers - I see you ❤️‍🔥

Waiting for the people you know to validate your growth is a trap.

They're locked into the version of you they met first or grew up with.

To them, your new chapter looks like a threat to the story they already built about who you are.

They're committed to who you were, your past, while you are trying to build who you are.

Stop wasting your energy trying to convince old rooms that you've outgrown them.

You can be the one upskilling, investing, and completely re-engineering your life - and they'll still wait for you to slip back into old patterns.

When you look to them for validation, you delay your own progress.

You ignore your potential and disregard your power.

It’s why you can make a brave decision at 2 PM and reopen it at 2 AM.

It’s why you rewrite a single message fourteen times before sending it.

You're trying to get external permission for an internal shift.

You don't need them to catch up. 🙅‍♀️

Your job isn't to get approval from your past. It's to claim your future.✨

You didn't make the terrifying choice to leave that relationship, that career, or that old self just to settle for a smaller, quieter version of yourself to make old rooms comfortable.

Stop performing "capable" for an audience that doesn’t see your vision.

The right people can only find you once you actually start moving. 👀

Stop shrinking to fit spaces that no longer fit.

Save this for when you need the reminder.

And...

✨If you’re ready to break the self-doubt loop, trust your own judgment and move unapologetically -

The hardest part of starting anew - in health/fitness, career, or relationships - isn't really lack of time or money.

It's the guilt.

The waves of anxiety that tell you, choosing your own growth means you'll lose something, or take away from the people you love.

But hiding, waiting 'until', doesn't serve them or you.

It teaches them, disappear and delay, your needs won't matter.

Settle for discomfort that isn't helping you grow.

Clinging to what hasn't been working, out of fear of losing it - that's the real cost.

And as time passes, the cost of staying the same reveals itself.

Chronic stress.

Unnecessary overwhelm. worry or overthinking.

The same calls to friends over the same old issues.

Restless nights.

Revisiting, "what am I even doing anymore?"

Distractions that only bring temporary satisfaction until you continue the loop.

Like ground hog day until you do something different to feel and see different.

Break the cycle.

Give yourself permission to take up space in your own life.

You don't need a year of preparation.

One choice. x

"This isn't meant for me. Just the lucky ones." You crush your own potential when you dwell on this.

Challenge that thought.

What you see - the strong body, the freedom, the life that looks effortless - you call that luck.

She's lucky because she's pretty.

Has money behind her.

Comes from the right family.

Maybe. So what?

What about the half who began with less? Without believers and support?

What you didn't see were the years of work after work. Late nights. Early mornings. Doing the thing while feeling exhausted, rejected and uncertain.

Effort most people refuse to put in, because it's easier to sit, watch and do nothing.

0 effort = 0 change.

You didn't see her say no to the drinks, the weekends out, the scrolling.

And yes to the books, the strategy, the discomfort, the investment in herself before it looked like anything.

As Oprah said, "I don't believe in luck. Luck is just preparation meeting the moment of opportunity."

The life you're looking at?

That you assume must've been easy for her to have.

She chose it. In the moments nobody saw. When noone believed or assumed she'd fail.

And so can you.

The difference between where you are and where you want to be isn't luck, connections or a head start.

It's deciding your next chapter is worth investing in.

Deciding to ask yourself better questions.

Before you feel ready.

Before anyone believes in it.

Before it looks like something from the outside.

Not someday. Now.

Save this or send it to the next person who calls it luck x

It's not perfectionism. And yes you can have high standards and expectations - but if you're circling the same idea or move years later?

It's self-doubt wearing a very convincing disguise.

The rewriting. The waiting. The "it's not ready yet."

Your intelligence is being used against your execution.

Your brain will make sure your survive, get by. NOT thrive.

And every day you wait is another day the life you've decided you want stays out of reach.

You miss out on that dream job.

You delay starting the business where work doesn't feel like work.

You spend another year Googling places you want to travel.

However, when you decide self-doubt won't block you anymore...

Mind blowing, "WTF why didn't I do this sooner?!"

The 5 Day Come Home to Yourself Challenge starts Monday.

5 days. 60 minutes each. Private. Just you and me.

15 years ago I was convinced home was a place. Turns out it was never about a location.

Growing up I didn't really feel like I fit in.

I thought moving would show me where I belonged.

I get trying all things to find yourself. To go into a journey of self-discovery.

And being so far out of your comfort zone, with nothing but hope you get answers.

Asking yourself, "what am I meant to do now? What am I really here for. What's the point if there is one. How am I going to do this?"

I've lived in Tampa (study abroad/living a year away still counts. This opened my mind to what more could be out of my bubble).

Then the Philippines and Canada. By the time I got to the UK and had to do intense deep work to reframe the rejection I felt so broken after - I saw it was being the same woman just learning to trust herself more each time.

To be fully in her power, to be seen and heard for her truth, and nothing less.

Unapologetically rising and creatively expanding.

The unexpected vacay to stay, back in Australia, in this city I'm still getting to know - brought that full circle.

If you're in between chapters right now - rebuilding, reinventing, realigning - you're not lost.

You're just on your way back yourself. x

Here's to sending the first message you write without overthinking💯👏

The first version was fine. It usually has EXACTLY what you wanted and needed to say.

Self-doubt doesn't just cost you confidence. It costs you time.

Daily - think about the thoughts back and forth about what to wear to impress others than yourself. How to reply. What to eat on that first date in a while. What to say in the email, you're defaulting your communication skills now to chat gpt👀

If you want to be seen, heard, you're ready for more and want to start reclaiming self-trust to stand your ground👉 DM me WORKSHOP - come do the live session with me next week. Free😘

Bring your drafts. So you can delete them.

👋Hi, I'm Julianne. Identity & Self-Trust Coach for women starting over and ready for more. I've started over four times across four countries - navigating a PR rejection, single motherhood and a complete career pivot in the middle of a global pandemic. Make that five times to count Melbourne here in Aus as I didn't grow up here.

Less than ideal circumstances don't have to hold you back. I've learnt it can be the exact shift you've needed that was long overdue.

I help women conquer self-doubt and reclaim unapologetic self-trust in 90 days - so they stop overthinking and move forward with freedom of mind.

If you want to start feeling good again as YOU, this workshop is a no brainer x

Reminder: you can be single, in a relationship, a mom, starting over or starting anew in a new city or country - you'll STILL have the opportunity to be wild and free in the ways that matter most to you❤️‍🔥

If there's anything I've learnt from having lived in four other countries in addition to 🇦🇺 it's that how you want to be or live, is made 10x easier because of your community.🖤

You can be an ocean away and still feel connected to pick up from where you left off.

Grateful for the souls who've inspired my adventure, those I continue to meet who add to my why, in hopes I can do the same for more x

This year will be epic🙌🙌
