🌟 A moment of gratitude and impact! ✨ Last week, I had the honor of presenting the funds raised from our High Fitness event to South Valley Services, a shelter offering crucial support to those affected by domestic abuse. Together, we raised funds as well as TONS of in-kind donations for the shelter’s residents.

This was a dream come true to me. It was a huge undertaking for me and I never could have done it without the help of SO MANY wonderful people! While I wish everyone could have joined me to drop off the donations, the private nature of the recipient required discretion. Nevertheless, the experience was beautiful, and I had the chance to connect with not only grateful employees but also some incredibly thankful residents.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time and donations – your generosity has made a tangible difference in the lives of those who need it most.
