When traveling I still try to make sure Im getting workouts in but as always more importantly eating healthy. My favorites on this trip were the raspberry poppyseed pancakes at the #silverspur, the sushi menu @signiasanjose , the scallops on the Santa Cruz wharf , salmon & roasted egg plant @sapcenter celly lounge RX experience and ever present at every years @crossfitgames the warrior açaí bowl. I also had a couple great snack items travel all the way back to Callie where they came from for in the hotel room @tdcmercantile almonds & @highgroundchips . See my high grounds beef chips Product Review 1 @healthyfitafter60productreview And always no tap water and from glass not plastic as much as possible. Now yes there were also some cheat items in sampling some of Californias best craft beers at the 8 surfing beaches I went to, famous local Marietta chocolates and ice cream. Had their chocolate covered bacon at the Capitola wharf and some of their world famous ice cream in a vanilla malt at the silver spur restaurant. #crossfitgamesfood #crossfit #healthysnacks healthyfood mostly. Used up my cheat day for July and August. Going to be a long August LOL
