Highlining is still a space where you have to prove you belong, and that’s not new. In sport after sport, it took women decades to earn the same floor, the same respect, the same quiet assumption that they were there to stay.

Feels surreal.

Walking on a line rigged by you and your friends. 💓

I might not be a great highliner yet, but being able to understand the process, be part of the rigging, and then watch all of us enjoy the line together is one of the most satisfying feelings.

Small steps, but a lot of growth over these last six months of highlining.

I’m deeply grateful to @matthias_krv, @davidw0ods, and @dylononnylon for opening the space for me to learn, trusting me, and supporting me while I learned to rig alongside them.

I’m also incredibly stoked to see how many girls have found this account ~ beginners, experienced highliners, and women from all over the world connected by this practice.

To every one of you:
thank you.
Your messages, support, and presence inspire me to keep showing up, especially on the days it feels challenging.
