Hello March 😍😍 Life is a wild ride. I'm glad to be here for all the ups and downs. While the world continues to burn down, I am just enjoying the fact that it is not dark when I wake up and not dark when I take my kiddo to swimming. Sometimes when you are living history, it's really good to take a moment and notice all the consistent things around you. The sunrises the sun sets the moon rises the moon sets. The trees will Bud. The trees will bloom. The leaves will come and it will be summer. It will probably still be hard. It'll probably still be scary, but at least there will be warmth and sunshine 💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛💛 If you are close to me, join me for some movement at @aedismvmtstudio I teach Movement for mobility Monday and Thursday at noon Seated mobility and stretch Friday at 12:30 Somatic yoga (my favorite class) Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Hathavin yoga Sunday morning at 8:30am #movementismedicine #canadianyogi #cptsdrecovery #endometriosis #spoonieyoga

Happy happy October Sunday vibe ♥️ My mantra this month is Simple done well. Drawing back from all the complexity of things and settling into the foundations of simple movement, simple thought, simple breath, simple mind and simple life. Ease in foundations finding the blocks that are shifted and lining them back up. Seeking the roots of all things and settling with those over distractions of shiny complex things. Simple done well. I hope your weekend has been all the magic. I hope October is bringing some rest and restore along with the spice and spoooky. I know I am infatuated with the curtains at the studio bringing a soft cozy vibe to space all the sunshine benefits without being blinded or melting 🤣♥️💫 This week @yogaqueenmaureen Brings us #GroundedByMyCompass As always join us with any hipopener or split variation that speek to you within your practice 💋💋 #sundaysplitscrew @yoga_in_the_sunshine @duchess1225 @theonly_jocelynstroude @ktotheyoga ⏪⏪⏪this is me 🧡 @yogaqueenmaureen 💫🎉 @yoganyclife #canadianyogi #sosyogis #cptsdrecovery #endometriosis #rheumatoidarthritis #lupussucks #chronicmigraine #spoonieyoga #yogacommunity #yogaover40 #yogateacher
