Take me back 🌊🥹🚢✨
One week since the @pmuworld cruise, and my heart is still so full 💗

It’s amazing how something that brings us together through a shared passion can turn strangers into friends, create connections that go beyond our craft, and remind us why we fell in love with this industry in the first place🤍

Permanent makeup is so much more than the work we create. It’s the people we meet, the knowledge we share, the inspiration we give one another, and the reminder that we can all grow, learn, and shine together. There’s room for all of us to succeed when we choose connection over competition🫶🏼

I only wish I had taken a gazillion more photos, but some of the best moments are the ones we forget to capture because we’re too busy living them🥹

To everyone who was part of this experience, thank you for the conversations, the laughs, the friendships, and the memories. You made this journey so special, and I’m leaving with so much more than photos , I’m leaving with connections I hope will last a lifetime 🌎💗

Already missing you all. Until next time!

Thank you again for playing full out this year @pmuworldlive 🛳️

I’ll be honest… this year was absolute INSANITY putting together. The problems that we had thrown our way every minute of the day… not sure how we pulled this off, but I can’t thank our team enough for making it happen.

And thank YOU to each and every single person who showed up this year. Having you take a week off from your lives, routines, families, and fly into a city, then spend a whole week with us in the middle of the ocean… that’s a BIG ASK and we will never take that for granted.

Which is why we put everything into our events to bring you the best of the best every year.

On behalf of our entire team, we genuinely appreciate you all for being part of our 2026 chapter… another year for the books and we couldn’t have done it without you.

Hope you all have safe travels back home and see you again next time… wherever and whenever that may be. 🤍🙏🏻

Shoutout to the damn dream team @highstokemedia 🙌

People see the event, but they don’t see what it takes behind the scenes to make it happen.

The late nights, the last minute fixes, all the “we’ll figure it out” moments that somehow always work out.

This team shows up for our clients and our community every single day, and PMU World doesn’t happen without them.

I’m so grateful I get to build this with you guys. And to the rest of our Highstoke team back at home holding it down, this one’s for you too.

Seriously, if you’ve ever built a team, you know how rare it is to find people who care about your business like it’s their own. These guys raise the standard every single day and keep pushing me to be a better leader, even on the days when shit hits the fan and the millions of fires we go through together.

And to everyone at our events who goes out of their way to recognize them and give them their flowers, thank you. It means more to them (and me) than you know 🤍

Another year in the books @pmuworldlive 🤍

Thank you to everyone who showed up and spent the last 4 days with us out at sea.

Having you all take a week away from your everyday lives, routine, work and family is a HUGE ask, and we will never take that for granted… and always committed to bring you the best experience every time.

Appreciate you all more than you know for another amazing year. And shoutout to the amazing team for working around the clock to make this happen… and all the phenomenal speakers & sponsors part of our show this year.

Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU as always. Until next time everyone 🙌

Less than 90 days until 2027... and your marketing is still the same as last year? 👀

The studios that are going to absolutely crush it next year are setting things up right now.

Not January. Right now.

Or you could just hire the best marketing team in the game to do it for you @highstokemedia 🙂‍↔️

Woop woop. 🙌

Always proud to see our community who are regularly crushing it.

The secret sauce? Pay to play. Long gone are the days where you can just post a before & after and expect people to want to book with you.

Consumer behavior has shifted. Algorithms have changed and organic reach is limited. There’s a lot more noise and options. Consumers are more conservative and sophisticated. Your visibility is less and less everyday unless you actively work on it. The list goes on and on.

Paid ads will always be the fastest and most predictable way to get new clients through your studios doors. 💸
