Today was a family plant date at Alt Plant Fest and we had the BEST time… despite the sun choosing violence. 😂☀️ Calise said the sun was “disrespectful,” and honestly, no notes.

Pink Pothos put on another amazing event! The vendors brought so much variety, creativity, and PLANT ENERGY. 🌿🪴 And of course, we couldn’t leave without showing love to our favorite henna artist, Inkk On Earth.

Calise got her very first piece of permanent jewelry, Ebonie added another piece to her collection, and I found the PERFECT heart bangle to add to the little heart aesthetic happening on my wrist. ❤️

And the DJ?! Had Pittsburgh Yards JUMPING. I was singing, dancing, shopping, and collecting new plant babies to bring home to the jungle like I had absolutely no responsibilities. 😂🌱

Now here’s the plot twist…

For ALL the Sugar Honey Iced Tea my wife talks about my plant addiction, YOU WOULD THINK I DRAGGED HER HERE. Nope! This woman took the day off, planned the outing, and said WE were going to Plant Fest while I was over here scared to even bring it up.

So at this point, I would like the record to reflect that she is officially an ENABLER. 😂😂😂

10/10 family day. Plants were purchased. Jewelry was acquired. Memories were made. And yes… I’m already ready to do it again. 🌿💚
