How to Treat a Woman Right Before It’s Too Late
.
We talk about how a woman’s attitude is often a reaction to how she’s treated, and that if you want her to be soft, trusting, and present, you need to be gentle, honest, and make her feel safe. We emphasize that ignoring her feelings leads to her shutting down, and that once she stops caring and goes quiet, it’s a warning that her heart has checked out for good.

Our first kayak trip about 2 months ago. Lost my phone in the river and someone found it and it still works!!!!
Focus Equals Reality: How to Take Control of Your Life
.
We talk about how you don’t experience life, but the life you focus on. We explain that focusing on what’s wrong leads to a wrong life, while focusing on possibility creates a life of possibility. We discuss the reticular activating system (RAS) and how it filters your reality based on your goals, using examples like noticing a car you just bought. We emphasize the importance of clarity in setting goals, because if you’re not specific about what you want, you might achieve vague desires without realizing it.

Alabama & Tennessee 💚

Alabama will always be one of my favorite places to visit! I need to do another retreat here as we only saw the tip of the iceberg!

Got some miles in with & without the dogs. We stay in a Homewood that links to a greenway, which will take you to some beautiful parks in North AL! It’s been a convenient find since our friends moved back to Indy.

Saw a red velvet ant which is actually a wasp. I bailed on hiking after coming across a few more wasps that appeared to have the ability to eat me 🤣

The dogs love living like a King & Queen at the hotel 😆 They feel right at home! @hiltonhotels

Also, had no idea Dolly’s newest travel center was along 65! So we swung by to check it out. So clean and nice! Definitely will be back to do some shopping & eat some BBQ!!

I let Jesus take the wheel as we battled Nashville traffic & now he’s just up there blessing everyone we pass. 🙏🏼

Can’t wait to be back at home with the dogs! It’s been a long but GREAT trip! So grateful for all the memories we’ve shared over the past week. 🩷

Happy #waterfallwednesday from Bankhead National Forest, flash back to 5/2/26. Does anyone else know where this pretty little waterfall is?

P.S. - I'm not sure where I got that quote, but I like it!
