Spent the last month of my time in South East Asia immersed in a 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training with this amazing group of women ❤️ Blessed to have had this experience and so incredibly grateful for the knowledge and friendships I’ve gained along with way 🙏

Wrapping up week one of my April 2026 YTT 🩵

Life has felt a little quieter here on insta… and so full off of it.

People often ask what my favorite part of leading a training is, and it’s this, getting to witness yoga in its depth. The kind you just can’t fully touch in a studio class.

This week looked like…
early mornings beginning with 90 minutes of practice
long conversations over breakfast with humans from all over the world
diving into philosophy and what it actually means to live this path
practice teaching, watching voices come alive and confidence build in real time
pranayama, meditation, sound, integration

A full immersion into the practice, not just doing yoga, but becoming it in your daily life 💫

It’s such a special, transformative container to hold
and an even bigger honor to witness

If I could only do one thing forever, it would be running YTT’s (eventually 300hrs too hehe)

To my students, thank you for trusting me, for showing up so fully, and for allowing me to be part of your journey 🥹

And if I’ve been a little quieter on here, it’s because I’m giving them everything right now

So much fullness, so much gratitude 🤍
