Presence for the Highly Visible 🎭✨
Whether you’re under the literal spotlight of a stage, navigating the complexities of multiple deep relationships, or leading your community—living a "dynamic" life can sometimes leave you feeling profoundly disconnected from your own center.

It’s the irony of a big life: The more we give to our audience, our partners, and our work, the easier it is to lose touch with our own breath and body.

I help unique individuals move from the "on" switch of overwhelm back to heart-centered connection. My coaching isn't just about talking; it’s an experiential journey. We use:

Awareness to map where you are.

Breath & Movement to release the noise.

Touch & Expert Attunement to bring you back to the present.

In this space, there is only love, radical acceptance, and a playful return to what it feels like to be truly you.

Ready to flip the switch from overwhelm to intimacy? Click the link in my bio to learn more about my 1:1 somatic sex and relationship coaching.

The trip through Albania was also a kind of immersion into the past. My Greek grandmother Vassiliki came from a village in the mountains that form the border with Albania. At the age of 16, she left her village with a group of partisans and headed for Budapest, Hungary. I never got to meet her because she died of breast cancer at the age of 41. As a young woman, I always imagined her fleeing across the mountains with the group of partisans. How brave she was!

In the summer of 2010, Tanja, Hillary, Ivana, and I traveled through Albania. We journeyed in a carriage that we had converted beforehand with the help of August, adapting the roof for both traveling and sleeping. Without the support of local people, especially Arian, our jack-of-all-trades, and Beni, our coachman, the trip would not have been possible.
We transported the carriage by ferry to Durrës and traveled south along the coast for three weeks. Ivana left after two weeks, while August and Fabian joined us for the final week. The journey was unique, simply something we did, unlike anything else, and today I wish we had more photographs and documentation of it.
