The perfect primary bathroom does in fact exist. Loving every designer detail about this one. I love the marble detail on the sconces and this has always been one of my favorite chandeliers! Build: Dorsett Custom Homes Design: @tiffanybullardrealtor Lighting: @hudsonparclightinganddesign

POV: you just closed on your stunning new custom home with all the designer details! From the minute you drive by this house you know it’s the one, there’s a tree out front I still dream about! This home screams curb appeal and the outside is just the beginning for what’s in store inside. Thank you for including us, your support means more to us than you know. We truly love every single light selected for this home, so many of my favorites featured here! Build: @goldenempirecustomhomes Design: @tiffanybullardrealtor Lighting: @hudsonparclightinganddesign

When we met for selections and the builder said to us let’s put two chandeliers in this stunning, vaulted kitchen with a double island we said -> yes please and I have just the one I mean two! This home features all the beautiful things we love so much. There’s a welcoming warmth throughout! We have been loving this @capitalltg chandelier the lines and finish are just gorgeous! I love how it compliments the stained cabinets, the countertops and ties back to the foyer light. Build: @schaefercustomhomes Design: @allisonsmorrison Lighting: @hudsonparclightinganddesign
