I started working at Vivint 14 years ago and part of what made me fall in love with this company was how it treated its sales force like rockstars. As a rookie rep, I remember watching the regional managers take trips to NYC and thinking how badly I wanted to be there someday.

That was always the magic of this place. It surrounded you with people doing big things and made you believe you could too. That belief pushed me to dream bigger, become more and surround myself with people who wanted the same. A lot of people have come and gone since then. A lot has changed since I started working here. And plenty have wondered if that magic is still here…

14 years later, I got to go to NYC as a regional manager, surrounded by some of the best people I know, celebrating a record-breaking year for the company, the division and my region. Full circle moment made me realize: The magic never left. And neither did we. #StillHere #BuildYourEmpire

It would be rude of me to not pay respect to the best year of my entire life, 2025! Here are some highlights:

Started off with the Super Bowl. Turks & Caicos with my top sales reps. Visited my 93 year old Grandma. NBA Finals basketball. The Day-1 homies stayed at my house for our Fantasy Football Draft. Jumped out of 🚁 into a lake. Went to Milan for a wedding then toured Switzerland. Disneyland with the fam. Lake Powell with work friends. Took the whole fam to Maui with Vivint. New York for a wedding. Formula 1 race in Vegas. Multiple dank restaurants. Family memories I hope I never forget.

My Mom passed away at an early age from cancer, my Dad had cancer when he was my age and survived. The way I look at life is we never know when we’re leaving this 🌎, so I plan on making the most of it while I can. Work hard play harder.

At The Peak and at Lone Peak we’re not just teaching the boys the game of basketball. We’re helping them fall in love with the process, with the game, to stay positive, to push themselves, to communicate and to love and respect their teammates.

We’re helping them build the mental fortitude to see hard times in life as challenges to overcome, not insurmountable obstacles.

The world is hard enough and a little crazy sometimes, without adding extra pressure from youth basketball. Our challenge for the boys is for them to enjoy the ride, to push themselves, to communicate when something is hard and to trust in themselves and that with effort and discipline they can overcome hard things.

Our challenge to all the parents is to stay positive with your boys, encourage them, keep them accountable and also as parents to ENJOY THE RIDE. It’ll all be over sooner than you think. Please enjoy watching them struggle and overcome. Enjoy the friendships you and your boys will develop. Enjoy the wins AND the loses.

Don’t get distracted by the noise and ego of youth sports. If you do, you might miss out on lifelong memories that you could have shared with your sons forever.

Let’s stay positive and keep working!
