My dear mumma, oh how I love this woman greatly. The other week I started to read a book, ”The path to hormonal balance - brain control, səx drive and well-being through premenopause and menopause” by Mia Lundin. And I was so amazed that I read through it all in one go. I feel so grateful that I have gotten this information now in advance for when I grow older and starting to enter menopause. I know a great deal of the female body already - but I learned SO much. What struck me the most was that many of the problematic examples in the book resonated with many of the struggles that my mum is going through with her health. And many other older women in my surrounding. And half through the book I called my mother overly excited telling her that she needs to read it straight away. Of course she did and she loved it as much as I did and is now recommending it to all women on her work. First of all, how can this knowledge not be taught to us earlier in life? This should be mandatory for every woman to know about themselves. The statistics of women not feeling great in their bodies is extremely high here in Sweden in comparison with other countries. After reading this book, I felt a big responsibility that I need to get as many women as possible to read this, for us younger women - to pass this book on to our mothers and sisters. And of course spread the word on this platform - cause this is a book that every human born in a female body should read. I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s in Swedish though. But there is a English version which touches the same topic - which I also read. "Female Brain gone insane" is SO good too, which also address the emotional issues of hormonal and brain chemistry imbalances. Mia Lundin is the founder of the @hercare.se clinic. Thank you so much for educating us Mia! Read it folks, tell your women!!!
